O estudo objetivou apreender, nas percepções de discentes de cursos de graduação em enfermagem, o registro da coerência didático-pedagógica desses cursos com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem, na perspectiva do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Estudo qualitativo, de caráter exploratório descritivo, que teve como cenário quatro cursos de graduação em enfermagem de uma cidade do nordeste do Brasil. Os sujeitos foram discentes que, por meio de entrevistas, indicaram que a articulação entre as instituições formadoras e o SUS se dá no momento da realização das práticas, assim como no ensino dos princípios e diretrizes do SUS, nos componentes curriculares e, ainda, nas atividades desenvolvidas nos projetos de pesquisa e extensão; outros indicaram, também, que não percebem tal articulação no seu processo formativo. O resultado do estudo revelou a necessidade de fortalecimento do processo de formação do enfermeiro nos cenários de práticas na rede de serviços de saúde. Abstract Resumen The study aimed to grasp the record of the didactic-pedagogic coherence in nursing graduate courses with the National Curriculum Guidelines for Nursing in the Unified Public Health System (SUS-Sistema Unico de Saude) perspective, according to students perceptions. The exploratory/descriptive qualitative study took place in four nursing graduate programs in a northeastern city in Brazil. The subjects were students who, through interviews, have indicated that the relationship among the institutions that form the SUS takes place at the time of practices implementations, as well as in the teaching of the principles and guidelines from SUS, moreover, in the curricular activities and in the research and extension projects. Others have also mentioned not realizing such relationship in their academic process. Abdominal pregnancy constitutes a rare fact in obstetrics, becoming even rarer event when it is an abdominal pregnancy that progressed to live and viable fetus until birth. In this study, we report a case of abdominal pregnancy in a primigravida 24, no diagnosis during prenatal care. How conduct was performed surgical procedure for fetal extraction with spinal anesthesia assistance. Live fetus, single, female, weighing 2,220 g. Presented Apgar score in the first minute and 7 at the fifth minute 9. Implemented under oxygen hood. The newborn was reassigned to Care Unit Neonatal Intermediate Conventional. Regarding postpartum, was chosen not remove the placenta during the approach and subsequent transfer to the intensive care unit of a general hospital. Mother and baby were discharged in good health.
This study aimed, starting from the index of adherence of the Pedagogical Projects of the Undergraduate Nursing Courses to the National Curriculum Rules for these Courses, to analyze qualitatively potentialities and weak points of the courses. It is a descriptive, comparative study, between the present data in the PP/UNC and the proposed in the NCR/UNC, having as basis the reports of the evaluation processes conducted by the INEP/MEC. The sample was composed by the reports used for approval and reapproval, conducted in the period from 2002 through 2006, concerning 12 undergraduate courses. One analyzed 8 courses located in the superior part and 4 in the inferior. The study revealed strong and weak points of the courses in the three dimensions of the evaluation reports, and shows needs in the colleges/courses to search for a better use of the epistemologic bases present in the NCR/UNC and proposed in the PP/UNC.
