Desde una perspectiva vygotskyana, el presente trabajo argumenta que en la construcción social del conocimiento el lenguaje juega un papel central. Vygotsky desarrolló propuestas que, desde lo que denominó mental, posibilitan el abordaje de la edificación del saber en distintos ámbitos de la vida social. En dicha reflexión el lenguaje posibilita que el conocimiento en el salón de clases se comparta y edifique. Las formas discursivas que emplean profesores y alumnos para compartir conocimiento son los temas a investigar en el aula. En este artículo se reportan algunos de esos hallazgos, dando cuenta de la reconstrucción discursiva a través de tres categorías de análisis: discursos de control y poder, contexto y continuidad, y negociación de significados.
En la actualidad, dar cuenta de la vida cotidiana desde la academia exige nuevos retos y formas diferentes de aproximarnos a las realidades de cada uno de los sujetos con los que entramos en contacto. Esto lo podemos hacer desde diferentes lugares, uno de los cuales tiene que ver con la construcción de los significados. Esta exploración puede permitir comprender la relación que se entabla con los demás y consigo mismo, a partir de una serie de operaciones semióticas que posibilitan la flexibilidad de los propios significados y sus modificaciones cuando entran en contacto con los significados de los otros. Este libro plantea en cada uno de sus capítulos una revisión de los significados a partir de las redes semánticas, una técnica par¬ticular que permite, dada su flexibilidad en cuanto a su aplicación y a su rigor metodológico, ser implementada, pensada y reflexionada desde condiciones particulares que obedecen a los diferentes contextos y objetos-sujetos de estudio que se enuncian en este trabajo.
En el contexto fronterizo del norte de México, signado en los últimos años por niveles de violencia social sin precedente, se analizó (como objetivo del estudio) la relación de la frecuencia a la exposición a la violencia comunitaria o contextual con la violencia ejercida a través de dispositivos electrónicos y los síntomas de estrés postraumático en jóvenes estudiantes universitarios residentes de Ciudad Juárez. Mediante un estudio cuantitativo correlacional con temporalidad transversal, se aplicaron tres instrumentos de autorreporte con escalamiento Likert a 300 estudiantes universitarios donde se identificaron las relaciones significativas entre las experiencias de exposición a la violencia comunitaria o contextual, el ciberacoso y la sintomatología de estrés postraumático. Las escalas resultaron con fiabilidad aceptable (con un alpha mayor a=.748). Veintidós por ciento de los estudiantes que percibieron al menos un acto de violencia hacia sí mismos, hacia familiares o hacia amistades cercanas y/o en línea presentaron más de dos síntomas de EPT. A través de la prueba estadística de Pearson en el programa SPSS, se encontraron correlaciones positivas estadísticamente significativas entre la exposición a violencia contextual en escuelas, colonias y lugares de diversión con las acciones de violencia en línea de ciberacoso. Asimismo, se encontraron correlaciones significativas entre la violencia directa e indirecta con sintomatología de estrés postraumático, principalmente de tipo presencial en escuelas y en centros de diversión.
El objetivo del presente estudio fue diseñar y conocer la fiabilidad de la Escala de Habilidades Psicoterapéuticas Humanistas (ehph), la cual alcanzó un alpha de Cronbach de a=.865. Participaron 51 psicoterapeutas de Ciudad Juárez con estudios de posgrado y al menos un año de práctica. Se identificaron seis factores asociados a las fases del “Ciclo de la Experiencia” de la Psicoterapia Gestalt y se agruparon en cinco subescalas: Darse Cuenta, Autodeterminación, Acción, Contacto y Asimilación. El 84% de los participantes resultó con habilidades psicoterapéuticas adecuadas y 16% medianas. En el Darse Cuenta 65% con habilidades adecuadas, 33% medianas y 2% inadecuadas; en la Autodeterminación 96%, Contacto y Acción 94% con habilidades adecuadas; y en la Asimilación 57% habilidades adecuadas, 41% medianas y 2% inadecuadas. Se espera que la Escala de Habilidades Psicoterapéuticas Humanistas (ehph) pueda ser utilizada en procesos de formación y supervisión de psicoterapeutas como guía para desarrollar habilidades psicoterapéuticas.
