La investigación tuvo por objetivo explorar la percepción en torno a las competencias de escritura académica digital que despliegan estudiantes, docentes y bibliotecarios en una universidad con financiamiento privado en el contexto COVID-19. La metodología fue transversal-exploratoria con análisis multimétodos de resultados cuantitativo y cualitativos en 110 miembros de la universidad con una encuesta online en Google Forms. Se obtuvieron diferencias significativas en función del área académica de los participantes en las competencias C1 y C2, también en función del grado de estudios académicos de los participantes. En el análisis cualitativo de contenido se identificó como recursos de apoyo: la Biblioteca Digital universitaria, gestores de referencias como Mendeley o Zotero, cursos y talleres ofertados para escritura académica.
