(analítico)Este artículo es derivado de una investigación más amplia enfocada en cuatro colectivos de jóvenes inmigrantes en la ciudad de São Paulo y sus acciones político-culturales en la metrópoli. Basado en metodologías cualitativas, la investigación se construyó bajo el supuesto de entender las dimensiones históricas, políticas, antropológicas y comunicacionales que cruzan sus vidas. Los resultados contribuyen para la identificación de prácticas elaboradas y tejidas en la cotidianidad de sus productores y sus luchas por existencia, resistencia y re-existencia: a) las formas en las cuales ellos transforman, a través de acciones político culturales, territorios, espacios y lugares cotidianos, desplazando prejuicios; b) los nexos entre pertenencia, inclusión, integración y relaciones interculturales y transfronterizas; c) la contribución de los colectivos en el enfrentamiento de exclusiones y desigualdades en sus vidas cotidianas.

Este artigo focaliza as ações político-culturais do coletivo migrante Sarau das Américas em São Paulo/Brasil. Tomando como pressuposto a noção de cultura em seus sentidos políticos, bem como sobre as juventudes (no plural) voltadas às formas de presença protagonizadas por jovens em contextos urbanos, analisamos as atividades do coletivo com ênfase em suas ações em 2020 e 2021, anos da pandemia do Covid-19, que interrompeu as atividades presenciais do grupo e direcionou-as para o âmbito online. Buscamos compreender essas ações, seus principais temas e como se deram os encontros/eventos, na busca por interpretar formas de pertencimento, identidades e re-existências que ali se esboçaram e os usos das tecnicidades envolvidas nestas performances midiatizadas, acionando formas de estar juntos e sentidos de presença.
