Abstract: For an arbitrary group G and a normal subgroup H ⊂ G, the space G H inherits the structure of the group G. Now in the case that H is not normal in G, this does not happen. In this work, when H is not normal in G we introduce a structure of gyrogroup in G H , what is possible since most of the characteristic properties of gyrogroups are properties of homogeneous loops with the automorphism inverse property. We will also define gyrovectors spaces, what provides supports for hyperbolic geometry just as vectors spaces for euclidean geometry.Recebido em 18/07/2013 -Aceito em 28/08/2013. RECEN15 (1)
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
