En enero de 2020, la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) declaró emergencia sanitaria a nivel mundial, debido al nuevo coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, en el que la humanidad se vio afectada en cuestiones sanitarias, económicas, sociales y psicológicos, por tal motivo esta pandemia es un evento que trata una crisis humanitaria. Si bien, se vieron relacionados diversos factores que no solo implicaban con la salud física, sino que de igual forma se vieron relacionados factores psicológicos que afectaron a todas las familias. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar los diferentes factores psicológicos que se presentaron en tiempo de Covid-19 en las familias en el camino real Campeche. La investigación realizada es de tipo documental, descriptiva y de campo, la metodología utilizada consta de una muestra de 275 encuestas, analizando los factores de ansiedad, estrés y depresión. Los resultados demuestran que el confinamiento impuesto por las autoridades y ante una amenaza de contagio por Covid-19, los principales factores psicológicos fueron un 35% (n = 98) presentaron problemas de estrés, un 32% (n = 87) con problemas de ansiedad, el 22% (n = 60) presentaron problemas de depresión. Estos factores psicológicos durante la pandemia fueron aumentando cada vez más al pasar del tiempo.
