El artículo analiza prácticas de seducción de mujeres jóvenes heterosexuales de entre 19 y 30 años, de sectores medios y medios-altos de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina, que al momento de ser entrevistadas (en 2009 y 2010) eran estudiantes universitarias o profesionales recién graduadas. Se abordan sus prácticas de seducción como "performances sociales" y "conducta convencionalizada". La seducción es tratada a la luz de su dimensión performática y performativa, centrando el análisis en los estilos estético-corporales y en los efectos ilocutorios del acto de decir/hacer de la seducción. Se delinean, por último, los devenires subjetivos que se estarían configurando en el marco de dichas experiencias particulares.
Considerando el carácter formativo de las performances eróticas y de sexo/género/deseo sobre las subjetividades, este trabajo se propone demostrar ciertos modos estético/erótico/corporales de seducción y erotismo por medio de los cuales un conjunto situado de mujeres jóvenes (re)producía procesos de constitución del sí mismas. Este artículo se desprende de una etnografía que tuvo como objeto empírico performances de seducción e interacciones (hetero)eróticas de un conjunto de 30 mujeres jóvenes universitarias que vivían en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina, entre 2009 y 2012.
