O uso de Metodologias Ativas nos 23 cursos de graduação do Unileste foi impulsionado a partir de mudanças curriculares e atividades de formação docente (curso na modalidade híbrida e oficinas). Objetiva-se, assim, apresentar uma análise, na perspectiva dos docentes, sobre o uso de Metodologias Ativas durante o ano de 2017. Para tanto, foi aplicado um questionário online para os docentes, com duas questões dissertativas e cinco objetivas, disponível por quinze dias em dezembro de 2017. As questões versaram sobre: as metodologias que utiliza; frequência de uso; fatores dificultadores; avaliação sobre o seu uso; percepção sobre o comportamento dos alunos e os impactos na aprendizagem. Dos 190 professores, 63% responderam. O Estudo de Caso foi a metodologia mais utilizada pelos docentes, seguida por PBL e Metodologia da Problematização pelo Arco de Maguerez, Aprendizagem por Projetos, Peer Instruction, Rotação por Estações e Gamificação, Júri Simulado, Fórum Virtual e Bola de Neve. A frequência das metodologias ativas nas práticas dos docentes apresentou-se da seguinte forma: 43,3% utilizam frequentemente, 46,7% às vezes, 9,2% raramente e 0,8% não utilizam. Quanto aos fatores dificultadores, a maior ocorrência foi a resistência dos alunos em relação às mudanças de práticas, infraestrutura e recursos. Os impactos na aprendizagem, segundo os docentes, permearam os domínios cognitivo, afetivo e psicomotor de acordo com Bloom. Os resultados demonstraram que o uso das metodologias ativas no Unileste alcançou resultados relevantes quanto à adesão de docentes e discentes, à frequência da aplicação de diferentes metodologias, bem como quanto aos impactos na aprendizagem dos discentes.
