Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai upaya mencari solusi agar hasil karya siswa yang dibuat sesuai dengan standart industri. Sehingga proses praktik pembuatannya diperlukan control quality dari pihak industri. Dalam pengerjaan animasi memerlukan peralatan memadai, fasilitas internet, literasi pendukung pengetahuan, penguasaan komputer dan skill yang cukup. Setiap tahun permintaan tenaga kerja bidang animasi terus meningkat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya lowongan kerja yang di tawarkan dari berbagai studio animasi. Pada prinsipnya semua perusahaan memerlukan tenaga yang trampil siap untuk bekerja di bidangnya. Pada kenyataannya lulusan siswa kompetensi animasi masih banyak yang belum siap kerja. Sebagai upaya memecahkan permasalahan tersebut kami mengadakan penelitian dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan menggali data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi secara langsung pada subyek sasaran penelitian. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas 12 kompetensi animasi SMKN 12 Surabaya, sedangkan obyek penelitian yaitu hasil karya siswa. Proses pembelajaran pembuatan animasi secara digital di SMKN 12 Surabaya dengan model project base learning menggunakan metode penugasan diharapkan meningkatkan hasil karya sesuai tuntutan industri.
This article aims to determine the effect of multi-product Aren on economic functions, environmental functions and welfare of Aren farmers in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik, Tanah Datar Regency in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The analysis method uses the Smart PLS technique from 4 latent variables (X, Y1, Y2, Y3) and 24 manifest variables. Latent variable X (multi-product Aren) consists of nine (9) dimensions, latent variable Y1 (economic function) consists of 3 types, latent variable Y2 (environmental function) consists of 5 dimensions, latent variable Y3 (welfare of Aren farmers) consists of 7 dimensions. who were surveyed to the research location with a questionnaire of 94 sample respondents. The results showed; Multi Product Aren has positive and insignificant effect on economic function. Multi Aren Products have a positive and significant effect on the function of the Palm Environment. Multi Product Aren has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of Aren farmers. In order for Multi Aren Products to have economic value of all types of products, then Aren farmers must focus on managing all Multi Aren Products, not only taking one type of product. This also improves the quality of work so that agricultural products have value Added, it needs to be managed collectively -the same for every head of the family.
Indonesian students got low achievement in many international studies of evaluation, such as in Trend in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS). It is because they unfamiliar with higher order thinking skill questions. Generally, assessment in Indonesia contains less of higher order thinking questions and do not fit with the international standard of evaluation. The purposes of this study were to identify the test items of Test of Standarisasi Hasil Belajar (SHB) and to examine the capability of students of fifth grade to answer higher order thinking skills (HOTS) questions. The method uses was mix method (qualitative and quantitative). Test Standarisasi Hasil Belajar (SHB) Year 2017/2018 of Banyuwangi Regency for fifth grade was used. Twenty-seven fifth graders were participated in paper test. The result showed that the test contains of cognitive domain of knowing, applying, and reasoning of 48.9%, 40% and 11.1%, respectively. The test of capability of students to answer HOTS questions revealed low achievement of 80% and high achievement of 5%. In summary, the reasoning domain of the test should be more developed to encourage students’ capability in answering HOTS questions. Keywords: science test items, TIMSS, HOTS, fifth grade.
This article aims to determine the effect of Aren tree-based products and environment on the welfare of communities in hilly areas in Nagari Andaleh Baruh Bukik, Tanah Datar Regency in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The analysis method uses the Smart PLS technique from 3 latent variables (Aren, Environment and Welfare) and 21 manifest variables. Aren variable consists of 9 dimensions, 5 dimensions' environmental variable, welfare variable consists of 7 dimensions, with a questionnaire of 94 sample respondents. The results showed; Jensi Aren Products have a positive and significant effect on the Aren-based Environment. Types of Aren Products have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of Aren farmers.
