A análise da rede social dos tutores universitários teve como objetivo identificar suas atribuições e relações como mediadores de aluno participantes de um curso de literacias, via dispositivos móveis, nas regiões administrativas de Itapoã e Paranoá, no Distrito Federal. A análise focou-se nos estudantes universitários, embora os demais atores da aprendizagem tenham sido considerados por fazer parte do mesmo ambiente de rede. A coleta de dados aconteceu de forma individualizada, avaliando os relacionamentos preponderantes e irrelevantes, e por fim a geração de grafos de atuação e influências. Utilizou-se métodos clássicos e heurísticos para aproximar-se da realidade da rede social, com uma análise dinâmica e com múltiplos tipos de relacionamentos. Nesse primeiro momento, a análise concentrou-se nas relações exercidas entre tutores e suas diversas formas de inclusão e literacias digitais em indivíduos com barreiras de acesso e cognitivos, com apoio de várias tecnologias. Os resultados mostram a frequência de comunicação estabelecida pelos tutores e cada um dos outros atores e, principalmente, em identificar uma diversidade de tecnologias e meios de comunicação usados. Observou-se que os tutores mantêm forte conexão entre si e entre as cinco categorias de atores: tutores universitários, líderes comunitários, professores, instrutores e alunos. A relação estabelecida entre tutores foi sempre forte, pois todos comunicam-se frequentemente, além de possuir responsabilidades bem definidas dentro do projeto de literacias digitais via dispositivos.
