Resumen: El propósito del presente estudio es medir la actitud hacia la cooperación tecno-científica entre Instituciones de Educación Superior y Empresas del Sector Productivo de profesores-investigadores, así como analizar las diferencias por sexo, edad, y nivel en el Sistema Nacional de Investigadores. Se utilizó una muestra no aleatoria por conveniencia de 182 p-i (50 mujeres y 132 hombres) quienes contestaron el Cuestionario para medir la percepción de la cooperación tecno-científica entre las Instituciones de Educación Superior y el Sector Productivo. Entre los hallazgos, se destacan valores de diferencia no significativa (p > .05), y tamaño de efecto chico (η 2 = .01) entre los grupos.
El propósito del estudio es explorar y caracterizar la percepción de profesores investigadores (p-i) ante la cooperación tecnocientífica entre instituciones de educación superior (IES) y el sector productivo (SP) del noroeste de México. Se analizaron las respuestas de 182 investigadores (132 hombres y 50 mujeres) ante los ítems de la escala para medir la percepción de la cooperación tecnocientífica entre las IES y el SP (EA-COOPTEC v0.1). Los resultados denotan que los p-i presentan una percepción positiva hacia la cooperación tecnocientífica. En conclusión, los p-i que presentan una actitud favorable ante la cooperación tecnocientífica, a partir de las variables de estudio, son: a) las mujeres; b) aquéllos con 35 años o menos; c) los candidatos al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI); d) los que pertenecen a las áreas de biotecnología y ciencias agropecuarias; y e) los que tienen de 10 a 14 años de experiencia en colaboración con el entorno.
Se indagaron las percepciones de los empresarios del noroeste de México sobre la colaboración tecnocientífica entre las organizaciones públicas del conocimiento y las empresas. Fue un estudio cuantitativo exploratorio, basado en la técnica cualitativa de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Se identificaron problemas de oferta y demanda de conocimiento que dificultan la colaboración tecnocientífica. Las modalidades de colaboración más mencionadas fueron las prácticas profesionales, la educación dual y la capacitación continua. Los empresarios identificaron, en primer lugar, los beneficios de corto plazo, como la contratación de graduados. Señalaron que para impulsar a la colaboración tecnocientífica academia-empresas, se requieren nuevas políticas, como la modificación del esquema de incentivos, la profesionalización y la especialización de los gestores de las funciones y actividades de colaboración universitaria, el mejoramiento de las estrategias de difusión-comunicación interorganizacional, y fomentar habilidades transversales en la formación que sean de interés para las empresas.
RESUMENEl presente estudio tiene por objetivo describir las condiciones de inmersión de estudiantes rurales adscritos a una universidad con modalidad de aprendizaje virtual, así como conocer la percepción acerca de su apropiación de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC). La investigación siguió una metodología cualitativa; el corpus a analizar se recabó a partir de grupos focales y entrevistas con estudiantes y asesores. Los resultados muestran un acceso desigual a las TIC entre estudiantes urbanos y rurales; con respecto a los factores de apropiación, los estudiantes señalaron aspectos actitudinales y motivacionales, en tanto que los asesores mencionaron cuestiones relacionadas con la gestión institucional. Se recomienda proporcionar un mayor apoyo al desarrollo de las habilidades digitales de los estudiantes rurales para propiciar una mejor apropiación de las TIC.
