Pengabdian ini kami lakukan dengan memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana nantinya UMKM menghadapi permasalahan terkait dengan pembukuan yang selama ini menjadi masalah utama bagi UMKM di Indonesia, khususnya UMKM Paguyuban Kerupuk di Kecamatan Gunung Anyar. Metode pelatihan yang kami berikan adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan secara online/daring, dan juga mengenalkan salah satu metode aplikasi anggaran berbasis smartphone yang dikenal dengan aplikasi “Buku Kas”. Buku Kas memberikan kemudahan bagi UMKM untuk mengelola masalah terkait klasifikasi biaya dan juga pemasukan keuangan. Adapun pelatihan ini kami lakukan secara berkala dari bulan Desember 2021-Maret 2022. Selama pelatihan tentu saja ada beberapa kendala terkait dengan bagaimana peserta UMKM Paguyuban Kerupuk memang selama ini dihadapkan oleh permasalahan utama terkait menghitung pengeluaran biaya, karena memang dari tahun 2018-2020 awal kami hanya memberikan pendampingan berbentuk pelatihan pembukuan secara manual. Hasil dari pelatihan ini “Buku Kas” sangat membantu UMKM dalam melakukan klasifikasi pembukuan secara mudah dan praktis digunakan sehingga peserta UMKM Paguyuban Kerupuk Gunung Anyar sangat terbantu dalam melakukan kalkulasi keuangan secara berkala.
This study aims to determine the ability of MSME actors to manage their knowledge about the concept of knowledge- based business, to the sustainability of their business in the current new normal. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by surveys and literature studies.This study uses a sample of 300 SMEs in Indonesia. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis test.The results of the survey and test data found that knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and knowledge protection had no effect on MSME business sustainability as measured by the quality of their products. Meanwhile, the application of knowledge has an effect on the sustainability of MSME businesses as measured by the quality of their products. Knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and knowledge application have no effect on MSME business sustainability measured through product innovation. Meanwhile, knowledge protection has an effect on the sustainability of MSME businesses as measured by product innovation. MSME actors currently really need the help of knowledge to design new business concepts as well as large enough capital to be able to bounce back.
The implementation of the MEA competition in the field of higher education is undeniably very closely related to the industrial revolution 4.0 where all teaching and learning process systems no longer use traditional systems but require the practice of using advanced IT technology (Information Technology). The study took the object of the UNISLA private university in Lamongan, emphasizing a qualitative case study approach to see how the implementation of IT components became a Balanced scorecard strategy at UNISLA. There are several strategic goals in implementing the IT balanced scorecard at UNISLA, among others (financial perspective: cost efficiency and profit oriented, customer perspective: increasing the satisfaction of UNISLA users including students, lecturers, and education staff, internal business perspective: developing the use of IT as a the main foundation in UNISLA business processes, learning and growth perspectives: evaluation of IT improvement in UNISLA and improvement of UNISLA users' skills.) From the explanation above we can conclude that why the application of IT in the Balanced Scorecard is so important to be applied as a support in the industrial revolution 4.0.
