This paper researches the particle filters Algorithms for target tracking based on Information Fusion, it combines the traditional Kalman filter with the particle filter. For multi-sensor and multi-target tracking system with complex application background, which is nonlinear and non-gaussian system, the paper proposes an effective particle filtering algorithm based on information fusion for distributed sensor, this algorithm contributes to the solution of particle degradation problems and the phenomenon of particle lack, and achieve high precision for target tracking.
Prediction and optimization of quality characteristics is an important means to improve the quality of laser cutting. Kerf width (KW) and material removal rate (MRR) are selected as the quality characteristics in this paper. The fitting response surface models (RSM) of KW and MRR are considered as the optimization objective function in pulsed Nd: YAG laser cutting of alloy steel for multi-objective optimization. An improved Pareto genetic algorithm is used in the optimization, and the significant factors have been found. The predicted results are basically consistent with the experimental. Therefore, the method used in this paper can be used for optimization of KW and MRR in pulse Nd: YAG laser cutting. The study can provide theoretical basis for the prediction and optimization of quality in laser cutting.
This paper researches on Open Numerical Control System based on the PC platform, in which the motion controller works as the control core, can realize the multiaxis motion control in real time and the sequential logic control. This paper sets out from the hardware structure, use the Real-time trajectory interpolation algorithm, and choose the proper motion-control function. it can realize fast, stable and continuous movement with multistage path, and ensure that the system is open, real-time and reconfigurable.
