La presente investigación ha tenido por objetivo analizar en qué nivel se relaciona el control interno con la gestión empresarial de centros comerciales en tiempos de COVID-19. La búsqueda de eficacia y eficiencia óptima se hace muy necesaria dada la emergencia sanitaria, especialmente, cuando la pandemia y su tratamiento evolucionan y se adaptan. El trabajo se desarrolló en un distrito populoso de Lima, desde una dimensión financiera y operativa. Se pudo llegar a la conclusión de que, en el contexto de la actual pandemia, el control interno se relaciona significativamente con la gestión empresarial de centros comerciales.
Como objetivo en este trabajo se consideró a gestión financiera con relación al riesgo crediticio, en Cajas Municipales de Ahorro y Crédito registradas en la BV de Lima, entre 2016 y 2020. Se utilizó metodología para una tesis aplicada, no experimental como diseño y asimismo correlacional y longitudinal. El conjunto de estados financieros fue la población; y, los correspondientes entre los años 2016 a 2020 fue la muestra de las CMAC registradas en la BV de Lima. Intencional, o sea, por conveniencia fue el muestreo. El análisis documental y la ficha de investigación fueron la técnica e instrumento de investigación, respectivamente, sobre fuentes públicas y validadas. Las hipótesis indicaron la existencia de relaciones significativas fuertes en las variables principales, con estadígrafo de Spearman de 1,000 y de significatividad inferior al 0,05, ya que ambas variables registrarían una relación alta. A partir de los resultados podemos concluir las variables de estudio cuentan con una relación directa moderada, es decir que mientras mayor sea la gestión financiera mayor será la efectividad en los resultados del riesgo crediticio.
The study aimed to know how the smart store system improves the sales management of micro and small enterprises between 2016 and 2021. It used an adaptation of the Prisma methodology, which poses a system for evaluating the systematic review of scientific literature on its relationship with the objective and the research question. The databases used were ScienceDirect, Scielo, Scopus and Ebsco. A total of 106 scientific articles were found; and after applying the selection criteria, 40 original studies were obtained. It is concluded that intelligent systems were implemented and developed with the aim of improving sales management, through the new shopping experience allowing an important advantage for customers. It is necessary to point out that in the reviewed studies expose the effectiveness of communication, achieving that these businesses each time improve their products; and thus try to satisfy the needs of current and potential consumers.Therefore, in the research reviewed, it has been found that these systems implemented in micro and small businesses allow reducing costs in the management and online sales processes.
