Wprowadzenie i cel pracy. Celem pracy jest określenie częstości występowania symptomów prodromalnych psychozy oraz nasilenia dystresu w kontekście stresu i lęku, a także analiza potencjalnych predyktorów objawów prodromalnych psychozy wśród zdrowych młodych dorosłych podczas pandemii COVID-19. Materiał i metody. Badaniem online, przeprowadzonym między październikiem a listopadem 2020 roku, objęto 409 osób (wśród których 76,8% to kobiety) w wieku 18-35 lat (M = 24,3; SD = 4,7). Anonimowa i dobrowolna ankieta online zawierała autorskie pytania dotyczące subiektywnej oceny stresu oraz dobrostanu psychofizycznego w pandemii, oceniane na skali 1-9, w badaniu posłużono się także Kwestionariuszem PQ--B(PL) oraz Kwestionariuszem Lęku Uogólnionego GAD-7. Zasadniczą metodą analizy wyników była regresja hierarchiczna. Wyniki. Wykazano, że istotnymi predykatorami częstości występowania objawów prodromalnych psychozy w czasie pandemii był fakt korzystania z pomocy psychologa przed okresem pandemii, subiektywne poczucie dobrostanu przed pandemią oraz nasilenie lęku uogólnionego (R2 = 0,243). Predyktorami nasilenia dystresu były analogiczne zmienne do częstości występowania objawów (R2 = 0,282). Subiektywna ocena nasilenia stresu nie okazała się istotnym predyktorem. Wnioski. Wyższy poziom lęku uogólnionego, niższy poziom subiektywnego poczucia dobrostanu psychofizycznego przed pandemią i korzystanie z pomocy psychologa współwystępują z częstszym występowaniem objawów prodromalnych psychozy oraz z wyższym nasileniem dystresu. Wskazane jest dalsze prowadzenie badań.
