The most sensitive sectors to tariff changes have been identified, as well as industrial relations of railway transport with other sectors. Rail transport is the most significant sector of the economy, since it has the functions of sustainable livelihood of vast territories, and socioeconomic relations, and the provision of military security. In this context, the development of rail transport infrastructure directly affects the development of other sectors of the economy and the development of new territories.
