Objetivo: Identificar a existência de vulnerabilidades em saúde da população LGBT+ no contexto dos serviços de saúde. Método: Revisão integrativa de literatura de artigos publicados entre os anos 2017 e 2022, a partir da busca nos periódicos científicos, realizada por meio de busca eletrônica nas bases de dados Scielo, PubMed, BDENF e LILACS, fazendo o uso dos descritores selecionados no DeCS/MeSH: “Determinantes Sociais de Saúde”; “Minorias Sexuais e de Gênero” e “Vulnerabilidade em Saúde”. Resultados: Foram selecionados seis artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão para atingir o objetivo proposto, sendo o maior número de publicações vindo do PubMed e Scielo. Em relação aos principais resultados encontrados, foram citadas as vulnerabilidades sociais e de gêneros, dificuldade na compreensão e método de prevenção de IST 's, preconceito/violência domiciliar, abjeção e despreparo da equipe de saúde e interferência religiosa, como as vulnerabilidades em saúde da população. Considerações Finais: No contexto dos serviços, foi evidenciado a existência de vulnerabilidades em saúde, assim como identificadas situações que dizem respeito a tabus e preconceitos sociais e familiares, falta de conhecimento sobre IST's e métodos de prevenção, vulnerabilidades de gênero e exclusão social.
O estudo teve como objetivo analisar as concepções dos profissionais da saúde acerca do acesso à saúde prestado à população migrante. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, exploratório-descritivo. Para a realização do estudo, foram entrevistados 7 enfermeiros e 2 Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACSs). O período de coleta de dados foi nos meses de outubro a novembro de 2019. Para análise dos dados foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo, proposta por Minayo (2014). Este estudo respeita os aspectos bioéticos referente às pesquisas com seres humanos. Para elucidar os resultados emergiram três categorias temáticas, a saber: “como cheguei aqui?” o processo de inserção e acesso à saúde dos migrantes; barreiras para o atendimento prestado aos migrantes residentes; e significados que permeiam os profissionais de saúde no atendimento ao migrante, as quais elucidam os principais aspectos encontrados pelas entrevistadas dos profissionais. Um dos principais aspectos que os profissionais relataram com relação às barreiras, foram o idioma e a comunicação. Contudo, ressalta-se que o estabelecimento do vínculo entre usuário - profissional de saúde - serviço de saúde, podem fortalecer o acesso à saúde da população de migrantes.
