Yogyakarta merupakan tempat belajar bagi para mahasiswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna hidup yang dimiliki mahasiswa rantau di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden sebanyak 77 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa makna hidup merupakan sebuah kebermanfaat (27,6%), proses (24,63%), dan beribadah (14,24%) menempati persentase tertinggi, kemudian diikuti kebersyukuran (13,35%), kebahagiaan (11,27%), ikhlas (8,91%).
High student engagement will make students to avoid adolescent delinquency, reduce dropout rates, and play a positive role in student learning achievement, while low student engagement will result in students being less diligent in learning in the classroom, less diligent in doing homework, and have less effort to improve academic performance. So important is student attachment that it needs to be given special attention. The purpose of this study is to obtain preliminary data on the description of student attachment which will then be used to improve student attachment in upper secondary schools. The subjects of the study were MAN 1 Magelang students totaling 100 students selected using random cluster sampling technique. The findings show that there are 51 students with high attachment level and 49 students with low attachment. In addition, there is a difference in the level of student engagement in the sex of men and women, where women have a higher level of engagement than male students who have a high attachment due to the support of teachers, friends, and assignment characteristics. While students who have an attachment that is because parents do not pay attention to the good development of the child, the teacher is considered favoritism, friendships and engage in behavior that lead to negative side.
Research on student engagement has been incrase in recent years. Therefore, to determine the high or low level of student engagement, a valid and reliable measuring instrument is required. This means that the measuring instrument of student engagement must measure only the construct of student engagement reliably and consistently in measurement. The purpose of this research was to test the validity and reliability of the student engagement construct based on Fredrick et al theory. The components of student engagement that are used as a reference for making measuring instruments consist of behavioral engagement, emotional engagement, and cognitive behavior. The study was conducted on 100 high school students using a proportional sampling technique. The measuring instrument is constructed using a semantic differential scaling model. The validity and reliability test used the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) approach with the help of PLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that the student attachment measurement tool was declared valid and reliable to be used as a measuring tool. The convergent and discriminant validity tests have met the standards, with loading factor score value of P> 0.5, while the Cronbach alpha reliability score is 0.753 and the composite reliability is 0.835. This measuring instrument is also declared fit with an RSMR value of 0.033. 7 items dropped out of the 18 items tested. Keywords :Student Engagement, Validity,Reliability, Measurement
The purpose of this research is to learn how to use gadgets for students in the industrial era 4.0. The research method used is qualitative using indigenous psychology. The research subjects were students in the Yogyakarta Special Region who examined 70 female students. The results in this study were female students who used the highest category of communication by 25%, followed by 17% knowledge, 17% practical, 15% entertainment, 14% information, 5% archives, 4% business and 3% sharing.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh green marketing terhadap minat beli serta dampaknya pada keputusan pembelian di Minimarket Alfamart kota Palembang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan green marketing sebagai variabel independen, keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen dan niat beli sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif, dan juga menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Palembang yang memiliki pengalaman berbelanja di Alfamart. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan metode kuesioner, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 106 responden. Teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green marketing berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap niat beli. Niat beli berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Green marketing tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan membeli. Sedangkan green marketing melalui niat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
