Since the school years are considered as periods of human development, school environment is a convenient setting for grading health, self-esteem, life skills, and good behavior. The aim of this research was to provide a mental well-being pattern based on educational, social, emotional, physical, and security climate of school through mediation of academic resilience. This research in terms of the purpose and the nature is, respectively, fundamental and descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all first grade high school female students in public schools of Tehran in the academic year of 1396-1397, in districts 2, 7, 11 and 18. The statistical sample consisted of 630 students. Sampling method is a multi-stage clustering method. The data gathering tool includes the questionnaires of 2015 school climate, mental well-being (2003), and Academic Resilience scale (ARI) (2004). The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS softwares and structural coefficient equations. The results showed that the direct path between the school climate and resilience was positive and significant. Moreover, a positive direct relationship between school climate and resilience was found. Apart from that, a significant indirect relationship between school climate and mental well-being with resilience mediation was observed. Finally, it was found that the direct path coefficient between resilience and mental well-being is positive and significant. Therefore, it was concluded that school is the most important place for promoting health among adolescents.

Objective: the aim of the present research was to analyze the predictability of suicide attempts, based on attentional bias in a clinical and non-clinical population. Methods: 120 participants (77 females and 43 males) were intentionally selected in three diagnostic groups: clinical suicides, clinical non-suicides, and non-clinical ones (40 individuals in each group). They participated in the Suicide Stroop Task as well as the Beck Scale of Suicide Ideation (BSS). The attentional bias parameters, including reaction time and interference time, were computed and the data were analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Variance and Discriminant Analysis. Results: the results obtained from the multivariate analysis revealed that the variables of interference time did not have a significant indication for the three groups of individuals in suicide stroop (P<0.568; F=0.569), positive stroop (P<0.201; F=1.626), and negative stroop (P<0.863; F=0.147). However, in the case of reaction time, there was a significant difference in the values obtained for all the three groups in terms of suicide stroop (P<0.000; F=12.759), positive stroop (P<0.000; F=18.520), negative stroop (P<0.000; F=10.995), and neutral stroop (P<0.000; F=8.288). In addition, the results obtained from the discriminant analysis show that the variables of suicide ideation (0.822), reaction time in positive stroop (0.571), suicide stroop (0.470), negative stroop (0.438), and neutral stroop (0.376) were correspondingly crucial in predicting the behavior of the clinical suicide attempt, clinical non-suicide attempt, and non-clinical groups. Conclusion: We found that for suicide stroop, the clinical and non-clinical cases did not show a significant difference in terms of the interference effect; however, they differed in terms of reaction time. Therefore, it seems that using emotional stroop, attentional bias towards suicide-related topics is not dependent on the clinical situations, and other parameters, such as scoring methods should be considered. However, there is still a need to conduct more extensive studies.

Objectives Dementia is a common disease in the elderly and imposes a heavy care burden on family members. Many factors can be associated with care burden. One of these factors can be the caregivers' Spiritual Well-Being (SWB). This study aimed to examine the relationship between SWB and care burden in caregivers of dementia patients. Methods This correlational study was conducted on 60 caregivers (75% female and 25% male with a mean age of 47 years) of patients with dementia referred to Rasoul-e-Akram Hospital and Brain & Cognitive Clinics in Tehran, Iran in 2019. Samples were selected using purposive and convenience sampling methods. The caregivers were evaluated by using the Caregiver Burden Questionnaire and SWB Scale and a socio-demographic checklist. Data were analyzed by using Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS software at the significance level of P<0.05. Results About 16.7% of caregivers had little care burden, 35% had moderate to severe burden, 25% moderate burden and 23.3% severe burden. Moreover, 1.7% had poor SWB, 66.7% moderate SWB and 31.7% high SWB. The care burden had a negative and non-significant relationship with religious dimension of SWB (r=-0.089, P=0.505), and a negative and significant relationship with existential dimension of SWB (r=-0.283, P=0.032). Linear regression model revealed that existential dimension had a relationship with care burden (β=-0.298, P=0.023) and explained 9% of variation in care burden. Conclusion SWB plays an important role in improving the overall health of caregivers. in addition to being one of determinant of care burden, it acts as a factor in enhancing other aspects of health. Overall, caregiving is a stressful job; being aware of positive topics such as spirituality helps therapists provide strategies for caregivers to reduce their stress and care burden.

Wikipedia is one of the most important sources of information in cyberspace that can be edited by individuals. About 80% of internet users in developed countries use the Internet to search for mental health information, which generally includes symptoms, illnesses, and treatment. Existing studies report varying degrees of mental health quality of content from the Wikipedia website. According to our studies, no study has been done on the quality of Persian Wikipedia and its content, especially in the field of mental health. Since Wikipedia is one of the most important sources of information for Internet users, so the main purpose of writing this letter is a brief report on the authors' efforts to improve the quality and quantity of Persian Wikipedia in the field of mental health, In this way, a step can be taken to promote the general knowledge of the community in the field of mental health.
