Abstract. Tea is a common drink in the community, the benefits of tea can be improved by processing fermented tea called kombucha. Kombucha is a refreshing drink made from tea water plus sugar, obtained through the fermentation process by acetic acid bacteria and fungi, is consumed for its health benefits. The common Kombucha starter is called SCOOBY (Simbyotic of Bacteri and Yeast). Kombucha research using herbal tea is very rarely done, it is necessary kombucha research using a variety of herbal teas to determine the quality of its inhibitory power against bacteria and its quality compared with kombucha berkomposisi tea Camelia sinensis in general. The purpose of this research was to know kombucha quality with ph parameter, thickness of nata, total acid and its inhibitory power to Escherchia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This research used Randomized Block Design (RAK) method using 1 tea type treatment, with 3 replications. The first type of green tea (P1), roselle tea (P2), mangosteen peel tea (P3), soursop leaf tea (P4), moringa leaf tea (P5) and yellow leaf tea (P6), so there are 18 treatment combinations. Based on statistical analysis, there was influence of tea type to kombucha quality. Treatments of P1 and P2 were found to have an optimum and significant effect for kombucha. the results in level of acidity [pH] on green tea (P1) was 3.05, nata thickness of 4.63 and total acid of 0.69. Acidity in roselle tea (P2) was 2.86, nata thickness of 3.83, and total acid of 0.71. While the lowest quality was found in the treatment of mangosteen peel (P3) tea with pH 2.57, nata thickness of 0.35, and total acid of 0.79.
<p>The habit of hand washing is part of health care and the avoidance of various diseases. The habit of washing hands with soap needs to be implanted early on. The purpose of this program is 1) Improving handwashing ability properly and right through Hands Washing Dance, 2) Improving student motivation in hand washing Hands Washing Dance, 3) Improving hand washing habit of students. This program was held for 3 months from May to July 2016, location in PAUD Al Abror, Bulakrejo Village, Balerejo Subdistrict, Madiun Regency. The target of this program is the students of PAUD Al Abror of 33 students. Technical activities are pre-implementation, program design, training and evaluation. In general the results of this program run smoothly, conducive and appropriate procedures. The conclusion of this program is 1) Increased handwashing ability of PAUD Al Abror students through Hands Washing Dance, 2) Increasing motivation and interest of students of PAUD Al Abror in hand washing through Hands Washing Dance. 3) Increased habit of washing hands of students of PAUD Al Abror.<br />Keywords: Handwashing, Hand Washing Dance, PAUD Al Abror</p><p>Abstrak</p><p>Kebiasaan mencuci tangan merupakan bagian dari pemeliharaan kesehatan dan upaya menghindari berbagai penyakit. Kebiasaan mencuci tangan pakai sabun perlu ditanamkan sejak dini. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1) Meningkatkan kemampuan mencuci tangan dengan baik dan benar melalui Hands Washing Dance, 2) Meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam mencuci tangan Hands Washing Dance, 3) Meningkatkan kebiasaan mencuci tangan siswa. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai bulan Mei sampai Juli 2016. Tempat pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah di PAUD Al Abror, Desa Bulakrejo Kecamatan Balerejo, Kabupaten Madiun. Sasaran dari program ini adalah siswa PAUD Al Abror sejumlah 33 siswa. Teknis kegiatan adalah pra pelaksanaan, desain program, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Secara umum hasil program pengadian masyarakat ini berjalan lancar, kondusif dan sesuai prosedur. Kesimpulan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1) Meningkatnya kemampuan mencuci tangan siswa PAUD Al Abror melalui Hands Washing Dance, 2) Meningkatkan motivasi dan ketertarikan siswa PAUD Al Abror dalam mencuci tangan melalui Hands Washing Dance. 3) Meningkatnya kebiasaan mencuci tangan siswa PAUD Al Abror.<br />Kata Kunci: Cuci tangan, Hand Washing Dance, PAUD Al Abror</p><p> </p>
