Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data korelasi linier sederhana dan korelasi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Versi 22 untuk uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-T dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Ilir Timur Tiga Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi bagi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan cara kerja supervisinya dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru agar kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze: (1) the impact of clinical supervision on teacher performance; (2) the impact of principal leadership on teacher performance; and (3) the impact of clinical supervision and principal leadership combined on teacher performance. This is a quantitative study utilizing an ex post facto technique. This study was carried out at SMA Sub Rayon 18 Palembang, with a population of 265 teachers, and 159 persons were chosen at random as samples. Questionnaires are used to collect data. The validity test employs construction and content validity, and the reliability test use Cronbach's Alpha. The normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and hesteroscedasticity tests were used to examine the test criteria, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression approaches. The findings revealed that clinical supervision and principal leadership had a good and substantial influence on teacher performance.
Academic supervision is a type of self-evaluation used to maximize educational implementation, which is also supported by the leadership of competent school principals. As a result, the purpose of this study was to describe the impact of academic supervision and principal’s leadership on teacher performance. This study's execution is based on quantitative research methodologies. The data was examined proportionately using data from surveys, observations, and documents. The study's findings revealed a positive and significant effect of academic supervision on teacher performance; a positive and significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance; and, in simultaneous testing, a positive and significant effect of academic supervision and principal leadership combined on teacher performance during the pandemic at SD Negeri Madang Suku III District. The effect of the two independent factors on the dependent variable is categorized as modest.
Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan penelitian yang dapat dilakukan guru dalam rangka memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Pelatihan ini untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan guru yang terjadi pada kelas yang diajarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru mengenai penyusunan proposal PTK dalam pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan adalah guru-guru SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, tanya jawab dan drill dengan melalui beberapa tahapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Sosialisasi penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas; (2) pendampingan penulisan proposal PTK, (3) Pemberian tugas membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Dalam pendampingan pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas ini, setiap peserta diwajibkan untuk membuat proposal penelitian tindakan dengan didampingi oleh tim pengabdi dari PPs Universitas PGRI Palembanga, Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan. Kesimpulan hasil pelatihan (1) Ada peningkatkan keterampilan guru di SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung dalam menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, (2) Dalam menumbuhkembangkan budaya akademik di lingkungan sekolah Taman Rama Denpasar dalam melakukan perbaikan mutu pendidikan sudah mengalami peningkatan dalam membuat proposal dan melaksanakan PTK.
Educational efforts are planned to influence other people, both individuals, groups, and communities so that they do what is expected by educators. This study provides a problem definition for the object of the research problem on the Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Teacher Performance in Junior High Schools Jirak Jaya District Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach using the Cluster Random Sampling Area technique and data analyzed using the SPSS Software For Windows Version 21 assistance program. The result in this research there are significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 29.7%, the performance of Junior High School teachers based on effect of teacher work motivation in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 29.4% of the influence, and the performance of Junior High School teachers based on leadership style and work motivation in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 70.8% influence, and the rest is influenced by other factors not listed in this study.
