Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan OCB perawat. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat rumah sakit umum swasta tipe C yang ada di Kota Denpasar dengan jumlah responden adalah 85 orang perawat. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling acak proporsional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan OCB, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan OCB.
The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture on affective commitment, the influence of affective commitment on OCB, the influence of organizational culture on OCB and the mediating effect of affective commitment on the influence of organizational culture on OCB. These samples included 83 employees are determined using proportionate random sampling method. Data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational culture positive effect on affective commitment, the better the culture of the organization, affective commitment is also getting stronger. Affective commitment positively affects the OCB, the stronger the affective commitment has embraced the OCB behaviors also higher. Organizational culture positive influence on OCB, semaik both an organizational culture that is applied then OCB also higher. Results of testing the hypothesis is further produced that affective commitment partially mediates the influence of organizational culture on OCB.
This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on Work engagement mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction in BAPAS Class I Denpasar employees. The sample size used in this study was 50 people with the method of determining the sample, namely saturated sampling. The data were analyzed by using the PLS-based SEM analysis technique. The results showed that work-life balance had an insignificant negative effect on work engagement, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on work engagement, life satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on work engagement, the work-life balance had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and work-life balance had a significant positive effect on work engagement. significantly positive on life satisfaction, job satisfaction mediates the effect of work-life balance on work engagement, and life satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work-life balance on work engagement. It is recommended that companies understand the needs of work-life balance, job satisfaction and employee life satisfaction so as to increase Work engagement.
This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship orientation on marketing performance mediated by innovation. The subjects in this study were the owners or managers of Barbershop in Denpasar City, with a sample of 30 respondents. The analysis technique used uses partial least square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurship orientation variable has a positive and significant effect on innovation and marketing performance. Innovation variables also have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The innovation variable is also proven to be able to mediate entrepreneurship orientation towards the performance of Barbershop marketing in Denpasar City. The implications of this study can provide important information for entrepreneurs who have a barbershop in Denpasar City to be able to improve marketing performance which is expected to increase profits for the future. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja memediasi iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention studi pada Hotel Ramada Bali Sunset Road Kuta. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang terdiri atas pernyataan tentang iklim prganisasi, kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk manajemen Hotel Ramada Bali Sunse Road Kuta untuk tetap menjaga suatu iklim organisasi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Bagi Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan variabel lain yang dapat menjadi pemediasi antara iklim organisasi dan turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader member exchange, and emotional fatigue on turnover intention on employees. This research was conducted in the shop of Dalung Permai. The number of samples is 89 employees, using the method of saturated samples or census. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that LMX partially had a significant effect on turnover intention, this indicates that the higher the LMX value the lower the turnover intention. Emotional fatigue partially has a significant effect on turnover intention, this shows the higher the employee's emotional fatigue the higher the turnover of his intention. This study shows a negative and significant effect of LMX on turnover intention, and a significant positive effect of emotional fatigue on turnover intention. ABSTRACT Organizational commitment is a state in which employees take sides with the organization. High organizational commitment of employees can support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, organizational culture to job satisfaction, job satisfaction to organizational commitment, and organizational culture to organizational commitment through mediation job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Bening Big Tree Farms in 2017 with a sample of all employees who numbered 80 respondents. Data collection method used is questionnaire method and data analysis technique using Partial Least Square Test (PLS). The result of the research shows that organizational culture has positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment can be enhanced by maintaining employee job satisfaction, increasing collective commitment, clarifying dismissal laws, procedures, and policies and paying attention to employee salaries. This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work.
