Kebijakan pembelajaran daring selama periode pandemi COVID-19 menjadi alternatif bagi perguruan tinggi supaya proses belajar mengajar dapat dilaksanakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi memiliki dampak positif dan negatif terutama di bidang kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terjadinya zoom in fatigue pada mahasiswa keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember selama masa pandemic COVID-19. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa durasi waktu yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring memiliki korelasi yang signifikan terhadap terjadinya zoom in fatigue pada mahasiswa keperawatan selama periode pandemi COVID-19. Durasi waktu yang lama dalam pembelajaran daring membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih intens disertai informasi yang banyak melalui media daring menyebabkan beban kognitif dan energi yang lebih besar sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya zoom in fatigue pada mahasiswa selama periode pandemi
Hipertensi pada seorang menjadi pemicu terjadinya masalah dalam kehidupan, tidak hanya masalah fisik, tetapi juga masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Perubahan fungsi tubuh akibat hipertensi, ancaman terhadap integritas diri, pengobatan serta perubahan peran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari diyakini menjadi penyebab munculnya masalah sosial dan ekonomi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka perlu pelayanan yang komprehensif. Pelayanan dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk menggerakkan dan memberdayakan potensi di masyarakat, terutama warga masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat serta profesi di bidang kesehatan. Sebagai wujud partisipasi profesi bidang kesehatan, maka dilaksanakan program kemitraan masyarakat “kelompok suportif hipertensi” yang berlokasi di Desa Sambimulyo dan Desa Seneporejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Tujuan kegiatan kemitraan ini adalah mengatasi masalah utama yang dihadapi penderita hipertensi yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perawatan hipertensi serta kurangnya kemampuan yang adaptif pada penderita dan keluarga. Luaran yang didapatkan adalah terbentuk kelompok suportif hipertensi dan tersusun modul suportif hipertensi. Selain itu, kegiatan kemitraan ini berjalanan dengan baik dan mendapatkan dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sambimulyo dan Desa Seneporejo,
<p><strong>Background: </strong>The COVID-19 pandemic has a physical impact and on the mental health condition of the community. The existence of psychological distress due to the Covid 19 pandemic will affect the body's physiological conditions, such as reduced immune system responses and increased risk of infection, and the impact on mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic demands a change in people's behavior. Mental health and psychosocial support training is very important for the community so that the community can actively maintain mental and physical health. The research objective is to identify the effect of DKJPS training on awareness of new adaptation readiness<strong>. Method:</strong> The research was conducted through a quasi-experimental pre-post-test without control on 44 participants in the DKJPS training. <strong>Result: </strong>there is a significant difference between awareness of adaptation new habits before and after training (p-value 0.001). <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Mental health and psychosocial support training conducted in the community can increase public awareness of new adaptation habits independently<strong>.</strong></p>
Seseorang yang mempunyai pengalaman hipertensi dapat mengalami masalah kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memaparkan aplikasi tought stoping dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kasus pada klien hipertensi. Jumlah klien yaitu 23 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan tanda dan gejala hipertensi serta peningkatan kemampuan untuk mengontrol hipertensi lebih tinggi pada klien yang mendapatkan dua terapi. Tought stoping dan psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan pada klien hipertensi.
