RAAB Phthalimid-Denvate, Metabolismus Mit dem vermehrten Einsatz von Fungiziden wlchst auch die Bedeutung der Phthalimid-Derivate Captan, Folpet und Difolatan. Fiitterung von Ratten mit markiertem Captan gab dariiber AufschluO, daD die Substanz im Warmbliiter schnell resorbiert. metabolisiert und innerhalb 3 Tagen praktisch vollstandig mit den Exkrementen ausgeschieden wird. Die Senkung des SH-Spiegels in den Erythrozyten nach einmaliger Dosis von etwa 5 % der LD, war auffallig, sie betrug nach 3 h 54 und nach 24 h noch 2504.Auch im Serum und in der Leber sank der SH-Spiegel signifikant (18% bzw. 11%). Die spezifische Aktivitiit bestimmter SH-Enzyme (Glutamat-Pyruvat-Transaminase und Lactat-Dehydrogenase) war im gleichen Versuch um ca. 20% erniedrigt. Unzersetztes Captan ist weder im Blut noch in den Organen der Ratte n i t diinnschicht-oder gaschromatographischen Methoden nachweisbar. Lediglich die Metabolite Tetrahydrophthalimid und Tetrahydrophthalsaure kdnnen voriibergehend im Blut festgestellt werden. Die abgespaltene Seitenkette ist dhnschicht-und gaschromatographisch nicht nachweisbar. Eine Speicherung der Phthalimidfungizide im Organimus kann nach unseren Ergebnissen ausgeschlossen werden.
