The article is devoted to coverage of problems in medicine and health care in Podillia in 1793–1917 years. It is noted that in all corners of the Podillia region, the level of professional medicine in Podillia was extremely low. It was analyzed that in the vast majority of cases the medical aid was provided by charlatans and adventurers who shamelessly sold “miraculous medicines”, and the initiators of medical sanitation on Podillia were mostly city and city dwellers. The article also analyzes the achievements and contributions to the medicine of Podillia of such scholars as Yakiv Postolovskyi, Prokip Danilevskyi, Edmund Fahrenholz, Joseph Rollie, Mykola Pyrohov, Danylo Zabolotnyi, Ludwig Malinowski, Mykola Boliarskyi and others.

У статті обгрунтовано важливість міждисциплінарної інтеграції, що дозволяє здійснити комунікативну підготовку майбутніх лікарів на рівні «мова-професія-особистість». Її розвитку сприяє створення бази даних прикладів і моделей міждисциплінарної інтеграції; проведення регіональних практикумів і семінарів для вивчення питань, пов'язаних з міждисциплінарною інтеграцією. З´ясовано, що психологічний феномен, професійна комунікація лікарів має такі складові: інтерактивна, що передбачає не тільки обмін інформацією, взаємодопомогу у розв'язанні спільних професійних завдань. Важливим аспектом є взаєморозуміння між лікарями для досягнення спільної мети; перцептивна -знання психологічних механізмів міжособистісного сприймання у процесі спілкування. The article substantiates the importance of interdisciplinary integration, which enables communicative training of future doctors at the «language-profession-personality» level. Its development is facilitated by the creation of a database of examples and models of interdisciplinary integration, conducting regional workshops and seminars to study issues related to interdisciplinary integration. From that the psychological phenomenon, professional communication of doctors has such constituents: interactive, that envisages not only exchange information, mutual help in the decision of general professional tasks. An important aspect is the mutual understanding between doctors for the achievement of general aim; is knowledge of psychological mechanisms of interpersonality perception in the process of commonunication. The special attention are spared to forming of psychological culture of professional communication, which appears in knowledge of conformities to law of psychical activity of interlecutors abilities to apply these knowledge in concrete business situations. The article is devoted to the coverage of socio-psychological methods that contribute to ensuring the quality of education in the system of vocational training of future professionals in the medical field. The examples illustrate several types of methods that allow to achieve the effectiveness of this process, analyze the main directions of implementation of these methods in the process of training. It is noted that one of the key problems of professional education is the provision of optimal psychological conditions for their personal inclusion in the process of learning, where it is possible to distinguish internal and external factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of education. Internal factors include the system of values, motivation, individual-psychological age characteristics, the level of development of cognitive processes of the student’s personality. External factors include: 1) the circumstances of the student’s life and activities; 2) psychological and pedagogical conditions of the educational process; 3) socio-psychological conditions of the educational process; 4) used educational technologies. The article analyzes traditional and active teaching methods. The study emphasizes the need for systematic introduction of social and psychological methods, use of new forms, updating of content, means, principles and methods of training in the educational process of institutions of higher education in order to improve the quality of professional training of future specialists in the medical field.
