Currently, the worldwide trend has been the transition of many countries to low-carbon energy sources. These changes are dictated both by external factors, such as the rapid growth of information and communication technologies, as well as the general policy of world powers advocating a clean environment and ensuring energy independence for the future. In Russia, the introduction of small generating capacities on renewable energy sources has great prospects due to the huge number of regions that are difficult to access for electricity supply. But the integration of generating capacities based on renewable energy sources requires not only the availability of special technical and legislative means, but also the competent selection of a tariff for a prosumer. This article presents the concept of an intelligent system that allows individual households to be involved in a progressive type of energy consumption and generation and creates a new type of energy system and market participant - prosumer. Two systems are offered for households equipped with solar panels. It is proposed to extend the practice of settlements at unregulated prices to individuals and households with the possibility of choosing the most favorable price category for the considered prosumer.
На основі аналізу діаграм розтягнення зразків сталі категорії міцності К60, попередньо нормалізованих і загартованих у воді з двофазного (-) інтервалу, розраховано ступінь зміцнення, рівномірне подовження та коефіцієнт зміцнення як відношення різниці меж міцності й плинності до відносного подовження розривних зразків на ділянці діаграми розтягування, що відповідає рівномірному подовженню. Встановлено характер зміни коефіцієнта деформаційного зміцнення *. Отримані результати рекомендується використовувати для розробки режимів термозміцнення маловуглецевих низьколегованих сталей, а також при оцінюванні показників їх механічних та експлуатаційних характеристик. The authors of the article evaluated the level of digitalization and the achieved effects during using digital technologies by means of the digitalization index at present and its predicted values. Tools were given to support and stimulate prosumers as active participants in smart energy s3ystems. The integration into the power supply system of 2 prosumers is considered – a logging plant and a shopping center. Their consumption of electricity from the network is analyzed in the case when the generation of electricity from its own sources is insufficient from 2018-2019. The calculations were carried out in several price categories. The calculations showed that in the conditions of accurate planning, in the absence of emergency situations, prosumers who are legal entities can save. To switch to these calculations, it is necessary to install metering devices that allow you to measure hourly consumption. Thus, the smart energy system allows the consumer to choose a price category that suits him based on the energy consumption data of previous months.
