Online learning activities are carried out to reduce the number of covid-19 spread and are considered quite effective to be applied by utilizing various technological media as a learning process and resource. This study aims to describe the level of reading literacy skills of students during online learning. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire via google form and conducting interviews to strengthen the research data. The data analysis was carried out through quantitative descriptive techniques. The data obtained from the questionnaire results are presented in the form of a percentage. Furthermore, the data is described to determine the level of students' reading literacy skills during online learning. The results showed that the reading literacy level of students during online learning was quite effective as seen from the average time spent by students in reading around 1-2 hours a day by reading subject references, using social media as a learning resource, and reading online news, because it has easy access to information via a smartphone.
Learning to speak is one of the obstacles experienced by students of class III MIS Darul Ulum Muhammadiyah Bulukumba. These obstacles appear from a lack of vocabulary, fluency, and understanding. Therefore, this study aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of storytelling techniques. The research conducted is action research which includes the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and speaking tests, while the data analysis is done descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that during the application of storytelling techniques there is an increase in speaking skills that appear from the assessment indicators, which include: pressure, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and understanding. The results of the acquisition in the first cycle of 65.33 and an increase in cycle 2 of 73.78. Increased learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2 indicate that storytelling can have a positive impact on learning to speak.
Tujuan dari kegiatan pemafaatan dan pengenalan linguistik forensik untuk Siswa SMA di Kota Palopo sebagai upaya pencegahan kasus perundungan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya memberikan edukasi dan pengenalan linguistik forensik, meningkatkan kesadaran hukum melalui tulisan, serta pembinaan kepada siswa agar santun dalam berbahasa baik di media sosial ataupun ujaran langsung yang dilontarkan yang mengarah kepada perundungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Neg. 6 Palopo yang berlokasi di di jl. Patang ii no. 61 Kota Palopo dengan peserta yang terdiri dari kelas X. XI dan kelas XII. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahap pemberian materi oleh pakar bahasa atau dosen yang ahli dalam bidang linguistik forensik. Pemberian materi dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pengenalan melalui materi pengantar tentang linguistik forensik, contoh kasus dan analisis kasus forensik, efek dan dampak psikologis dari perundungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman siswa tentang bahaya perundungan yang berujung kepada kasus tindak pidana; meningkatnya pengetahuan kepada siswa terkait dengan linguistik forensik; siswa-siswa menyadari dan memahasi efek psikologi yang ditimbulkan dari perundungan.
Through the Lecturer and Teacher Partnership Program, this study attempts to determine the effect of collegiality in raising the standard of instruction at SMP Cokroaminoto Palopo. This descriptive and observation to data. The findings showed that the plan, do, and see phases of lesson study implementation were divided into four cycles. From the stage of creating learning to the level of implementation in the classroom, these three stages are interconnected. The study’s version of collegiality also involves instructors and lecturers planning lessons in accordance with the challenges and educational needs faced by Cokroaminoto Palopo Middle School. Observations’ findings indicate that the learning designs created by lecturers and teachers have a favorable effect on the standard of learning in the classroom.
