Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Badan Usaha Milik Negara Industri Strategis (BUMNIS) di Wilayah Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode descriptive dan explanatory survey sehingga penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis dan menguji hipotesis untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan dan saran dengan menggunakan path analysis (analisis jalur). Penelitian dilakukan pada BUMNIS di Wilayah Jawa Barat, dengan ukuran sampel penelitian sebanyak 346 responden yang diwakili oleh karyawan bagian operasional produksi dari ukuran populasi sebanyak 3.556. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan dengan kriteria cukup sampai dengan baik. Kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan kriteria cukup sampai dengan baik. Hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi organisasi, dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Badan Usaha Milik Negara Idustri Strategis (BUMNIS) di Wilayah Jawa Barat. This paper tries to explain and analyze the influence of discipline, training, and compensation on employee performance. In this study, the phenomenon was portray through the problems that occurred in the Pardic Jaya Chemicals Company, which experienced a decline in sales due to a reduction in production levels caused by the performance of its employees. This study uses quantitative methods by making employees as samples to measure the influence of independent variables (discipline, training, and compensation) on the dependent variable (performance). The results of this study found discipline, training, and compensation have an effect on performance, it’s just that the effect of compensation on performance is very small and means an increase in compensation does not necessarily directly impact performance.
This research uses methods of descriptive and explanatory survey that the nature of this research is descriptive and verificative, which is collect, present, analyze and test hypotheses to obtain conclusions and suggestions by using path analysis. This research was conducted on State Owned Strategic Industries. The sample of the research was 346 respondens, represented by employ’s operational production unit with the total population of 3.556. Data were obtained a 5 point ordinal scale questionnairy. The result of data analisys show that during the descriptive analisys of visionary leadership, organizational communication, and employee’s are form moderate to good, employee’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment are moderate to good, and employee’s performance is moderate to good. The result of verificative analysis: There are particulary and simultaneous significant influences of visionary leadership, organizational communication, and employee’s competence on the employee’s job satisfaction. There are particulary and simultaneous significant influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the employee’s performance of State Owned Strategic Industries in the Region of West Java.
Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis produktivitas kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi dengan variabel intervening komunikasi organisasi pada Divisi Engineering PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Obyek penelitian ini karyawan Divisi Engeneering dengan ukuran populasi sebesar 200. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel 67 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Untuk memudahkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji analisas jalur menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja melalui komunikasi organisasi. Sedangkan produktivitas kerja juga dipengaruhi budaya organisasi melalui komunikasi organisasi baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi secara parsial dan simultan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi. This study uses a quantitative method by testing the hypothesis. The object of this study was an employee of the Engineering Division with a population size of 200. The sample size in this study used the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 67 respondents. Data was collected by observation and questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and verification with path analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. To facilitate calculations using the SPSS program. The results of the path analysis test state that transformational leadership influences work productivity variables through organizational communication. While work productivity is also influenced by organizational culture through organizational communication either directly or indirectly. This study aims to analyze organizational commitment in increasing the target On Time Performance (OTP) of PT. Citilink Indonesia. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this study is divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study is the data triangulation method. Analysis of the data used through three stages, namely data collection, data classification and conclusion drawing The results of this study indicate that; 1) airline organization commitment of PT. Citilink Indonesia can be said to be quite good because it saw an increase in the On Time Performance (OTP) target from 2018 only 85% and 2019 becomes 90%. In 2019 On Time Performance (OTP) was achieved with a figure of 92% 2).
