Resumen
Se investigó la presencia bacteriana en 115 huevos de ganso, desechados en diferentes etapas de incubación (58 huevos al primer miraje, 40 al segundo miraje y 17 no eclosionados), examinándoseles diversas estructuras según su etapa de desarrollo (membrana de la cáscara, albúmina y vitelo, además de membrana corioalantoídea y embrión).
Del total de huevos desechados el 35.65 % presentó crecimiento bacteriano. Entre los gérmenes aislados el de mayor presentación fué: Escherichia coli (46.34 %), Staphylococcus (31.70 %) y Alcaligenes (19.51 %).
La distribución de gérmenes según tinción y morfología permitió evidenciar un 54.75 % de bacilos gram negativos, 11.73 % de bacilos gram positivos y 33.50 % de cocos gram positivos.

Untersuchung über die Aussonderungsursachen bei bebrüteten Gänseeiern I. Endogen kontaminierende Bakterienflora
Es wurde das Vorhandensein von Bakterien in 115 bebrüteten Gänseeiern untersucht, die bei verschiedenen Inkubationsstadien (58 Eier bei der ersten Durchleuchtung, 40 bei der zweiten Durchleuchtung und 17 waren nicht geschlüpfte) verworfen wurden. Dabei unterzog man mehrere Strukturen je nach ihrer Entwicklungsphase einer Untersuchung (Schalenmembran, Eiweiß und Eigelb, außerdem die Corio‐Allantois‐Membran und das Embryo selbst).
Von der Gesamtzahl der verworfenen Eier zeigten 35,65 % Bakterienwachstum. Unter den isolierten Keimen war folgende Häufigkeit zu verzeichnen: Escherichia coli (46,34 %), Staphylococcus (31,70 %) und Alcaligenes (19,51 %).
Nach Färbung und Morphologie konnte folgende Aufteilung erstellt werden: 54,75 % gramnegative Stäbchen, 11,74 % grampositive Stäbchen und 33,51 % grampositive Kokken.

Discard causes for incubated geese eggs I. Contaminant bacterial flora
The bacterial contamination of 115 goose eggs discarded at different stages of incubation (58 eggs from the first observation, 40 from the second observation and 17 from non‐hatching eggs) was investigated. According to their development, diverse structures were examined (shell membrane, egg white and yolk, chorioallantoic membrane and embryo).
From the total of eggs discarded, 35.65 % presented bacterial growth. Among the bacteria isolated the most frequent was Escherichia coli (46.34 %) followed by Staphylococcus (31.70 %) and Alcaligenes (19.51 %).
The distribution of bacteria according to their stain and morphology grouped them as 54.75 % gram negative bacilli, 11.73 % gram positive bacilli and 33.50 % gram positive cocci.

Recherche sur les causes d'élimination lors de la couvaison des oeufs d'oies I. Flore bactérienne endogène de contamination
On a examiné la présence de bactéries dans 115 oeufs d'oies en couvaison qui ont avorté à différents stades d'incubation (58 oeufs à la première mire, 40 à la seconde et 17 non éclos). On a soumis à un examen plusieurs éléments de structure selon le développement (membtane de la coquille, albumine et vitellus, membrane corio‐allantoïque et l'embryon lui‐même).
