The article deals with the issues of assessing the level of a construction company financial security. It is determined that the specificity of the construction enterprises activity and their diverse financial relations system require the formation of an appropriate system for certain financial interests protection against existing and potential internal and external threats, that is reflected in the approaches to the definition of "enterprise financial security". The system of an enterprise financial security is proposed and the existing methodical approaches to assessing the level of enterprise financial security are generalized. The methodical approach to assessing the level of construction company financial security on the example of JSC "Trust Zhytlobud-1" is developed, which allows to distinguish factors-indicators that influence that level, to rank them and to calculate the integral indicator of financial security, which determines its level. As a result of the assessment it was determined that Economic crisis in Ukraine 2013-2014 caused a fall in the level of JSC "Trust Zhytlobud-1" financial security, but the successful financial policy of the company management led to a substantial increase in the financial security level. The application of the proposed methodological approach to assessing the level of a construction company financial security will enable the enterprises management to respond in a timely manner to the deterioration of the economic entity financial condition as well as the negative trends that may develop in the course of the business entity's activity.
It has been proven that the development and implementation of educational programs that shape the educational space and the possibilities of ensuring territorial development at various levels are of particular importance for training a qualified specialist. In this context, the characterization of the educational components of the implementation of PhD programs in geodesy and land management is a relevant and timely issue. The implementation of the PhD educational program is aimed at training a highly qualified, competitive specialist in the field of geodesy and land management by deepening and improving theoretical knowledge and practical skills, professional skills in the field of architecture and construction in the field of geodesy and land management, improving language and philosophical competences, forming the ability to conduct research and creation of modern systems of geospatial support and land use for the development of cities and regions. As a result of the study, the educational components of the implementation of the PhD program in geodesy and land management were characterized. Within the framework of the educational and scientific program, it is proposed to additionally characterize the components of the territorial development of land use in the regions. In particular, geospatial components are defined, where cartographic support, directions and possibilities of application of geoinformation systems and technologies are characterized, territorial, functional, socio-economic factors are distinguished. Urban planning, investment and ecological factors of territorial development of land use in the region are characterized. The educational components of the implementation of the PhD program in geodesy and land management are characterized. Competences are defined, which allows for the formation of a systematic approach to the training of specialists. It should be noted that the implementation of the educational program is formed through a range of issues related to the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to formulate and solve complex scientific and practical tasks in the field of geodesy and land management and implement the results of scientific research. Features of the application of the program include the possibility of taking into account the directions and features of territorial development and the efficiency of land use at the regional level. Mastering the presented program allows you to form an educational environment that takes into account the possibilities of using modern geodetic and geospatial tools, the provisions of the theoretical and methodological platform, and is aimed at ensuring the territorial development of the region and increasing the efficiency of land use. Keywords: educational components, PhD, educational programs, geodesy and land management, territorial development of the region, land use, geodetic and geospatial support.
The article examines the impact of financial support on the management of economic entities and develops a methodical approach to assessing the level of financial support of the system of adaptive management of construction companies. It is noted that today the introduction of modern management systems into the practical activities of construction companies, capable of adapting business entities to the existing conditions of doing business, is of particular importance. It is the financial support that needs special attention in the system of adaptive management of construction companies. The main existing approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists to the definition of «financial security» of economic entities are considered. It is established that the financial support of construction companies has certain features related to the specifics of production and economic activities and existing management systems. It is emphasized that the financial support of construction companies significantly affects the overall management system and effective management decisions, due to the possibility of creating certain conditions to maximize net cash flow, the growth of which will increase the self-financing of the entity and reduce its dependence on external sources. The key characteristics and features of financial support of the system of adaptive management of construction enterprises are highlighted. It is concluded that the proposed methodical approach to assessing the level of financial support of the system of adaptive management of construction companies allows to build a universal reliable simulation model with a predetermined level of efficiency and the ability to make additional changes. It is proposed, in the future, to assess the level of financial security of construction companies as an element of adaptive management, which will certainly allow you to make effective management decisions on all activities of the business entity.
The article is aimed at developing a theoretical and methodical approach to assessing the demand for higher education in Ukraine. Educational qualification levels, characterized by a specific range of information users, are analyzed. Accordingly, it is natural for every user to form a certain information environment, which can be useful and interesting for one level, but not in demand for another. Therefore, when learning environment coordinators develop a communication strategy, it is necessary to clearly understand, which level it is designed for. Thus, the issue of establishing a classification of learning environment coordinators, who will provide training for education seekers at different levels, is relevant. It is noted that the concept of demand for higher education should be differentiated between the demand in society and the demand among i education seekers. The choice of "fashionable" specialties without taking into account the needs of the labor market leads to increase in the disparity of the workload per vacancy for certain professional groups. In order to quantify the demand for higher education, it is proposed to use the coefficient of demand for higher education in society (CDHES). Necessity to take into account many factors influencing the demand for higher education in society has led us to choosing an integrated method, which is normally used to measure the impact of factors in multiplicative, index, additive index models. The coefficients suggested, in our opinion, will be important for higher education institutions (HEIs) wishing to develop a communication strategy for both the short and long term. The importance of such coefficients can be explained by the fact that the patterns and trends identified during the study of their dynamics can serve as an information field for the HEI management service when outlining key aspects in developing a new communication strategy or improving the existing one. The fundamental difference between the proposed coefficients and the already existing ones lies in the fact that the former take into account not only the dynamics of the labor market and employment opportunities, but also the economic feasibility of education costs, and calculation of the payback prospects of receiving higher education.
