El impuesto a los consumos especiales (ice) aplicado a las bebidas Alcohólicas incluida la cerveza en el Ecuador, es una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance correlacional y de corte longitudinal que partió desde la identificación del problema de estudio y la situación actual según la reforma del 01 de Mayo del 2016, que aplica el Impuesto a los Consumos Especiales(ICE) a las Bebidas Alcohólicas, en base a la información se definieron claramente los objetivos tanto generales y específicos, por lo tanto el estado del arte ayudo afianzar los resultados que engloban características y conceptos relacionados con el tema de estudio y de investigación. Para su desarrollo utilizamos el método deductivo y analítico que se aplicó con énfasis al reconocimiento de la problemática y el conocimiento general de las variables el tipo de investigación fue descriptiva y de campo mientras el diseño fue no experimental. La población y la muestra fueron seleccionadas de la matriz de contribuyentes autorizados parala comercialización de bebidas alcohólicas, la recolección de datos se realizó mediante una encuesta que permitieron definir las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones cumpliendo con los objetivos de estudio que permitieron elaborar y determinar cómo incide la reforma Tributaria (ICE) en los impuestos a los consumos especiales en las bebidas alcohólicas.
En Colombia, el proceso de paz entre el Gobierno colombiano y la guerrilla de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia-Ejército del Pueblo (FARC-EP) constituye un evento histórico para la inclusión y visibilización de las víctimas del conflicto armado. Colombia ha enfrentado por más de cinco décadas una guerra que ha producido la violación múltiple y sucesiva de derechos y libertades de una gran parte de la población. Pactado en 2016, el acuerdo de paz condujo a la creación de la Unidad de Búsqueda de Personas dadas por Desaparecidas (UBPD) que tiene como ejes fundamentales el derecho a la verdad y la reparación de las víctimas. ¿En que contribuye el trabajo de la UBPD a la construcción de paz en Colombia? En este texto, argumentamos que la UBPD contribuye a la paz por su rol en el esclarecimiento de la verdad, un punto fundamental en el proceso de reconciliación. Se trata de presentar el contexto en que la UBPD se conformó, exponer el trabajo de la UBPD como uno de los mecanismos de justicia transicional y ilustrar como la búsqueda de los desaparecidos fortalece las condiciones para la construcción de paz en Colombia.
Son muchos los mecanismos para lavar activos, no solamente en nuestro país, sino a nivel mundial. Estudios realizados indican que el lavado de activos alcanza aproximadamente USD 320 000 millones en el mundo, de los cuales USD 150 000 millones estarían en América Latina. Esta investigación se basa en plantear estrategias para reducir el riesgo de lavado de activos en los sectores económicos vulnerables del Ecuador mediante la implementación de procedimientos de debida diligencia, puesto que el crimen organizado es muy ingenioso al determinar nuevas formas para delinquir, esto hace que diversos sectores económicos sean vulnerables y que surja la necesidad de contar con la habilidad suficiente para detectar, prevenir y mejorar su sistema operativo y sus prácticas empresariales. La globalización, la economía a nivel mundial, la facilidad en las comunicaciones y movilización, las relaciones y la creciente interdependencia económica entre países, ha atraído como consecuencia mayores oportunidades para lavar dinero y tratar de legitimar toda clase de fondos ilegales. Las empresas que son utilizadas para ejecutar este crimen, sufren desenlaces muy fuertes, así como también sus accionistas, directivos y empleados y en el peor de los casos puede causar su cierre y consecuentemente la desaparición del negocio.
