AbstrakKinerja perawat berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor motivasi kerja dengankinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian menggunakan proportionate random sampling yangtelah memenuhi kriteria inklusi, yaitu 100 perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit X. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada tiga subvariabelmotivasi kerja yang ada hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja perawat yaitu: hubungan interpersonal (OR= 4,345), supervisi(OR= 72,952) dan penghasilan/gaji (OR= 7,304). Sedangkan variabel karakteristik individu menunjukkan dua variabel yangada hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja adalah pendidikan perawat pelaksana (OR = 7,567) dan umur (OR= 25,948). Adapunsubvariabel yang dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat adalah supervisi (OR= 72,952), setelah dikontrol variabelumur, penghasilan/gaji dan tingkat pendidikan. Peningkatan supervisi oleh kepala ruangan, komite keperawatan, dan bagiankeperawatan perlu untuk ditingkatkan, dengan cara pendekatan struktur organisasi agar dapat memotivasi kinerja perawatpelaksana.Kata kunci: faktor-faktor motivasi kerja, kinerja perawatAbstractPerformance of nurses directly affect to quality health care. Staff nurse is a contribution worker directly to the quality of theservices for the client. The work motivation factor is one of factors which influence the work of nurse. This research is adescriptive quantitative by a cross sectional design which aiming to know relationship between the work motivation factorswith staff nurse performance inpatient wards in Hospital X. Research used a proportionate random sampling which fulfilledan inclusion criterion; it was almost 100 staff nurse at inpatient wards in Hospital X. This research result indicated three subvariables of work motivation which related significantly by nurse performance including interpersonal relation (OR= 4.345),supervision (OR= 72.952) and incomes or salary (OR=7.304). While individual characteristic variable indicated two variableswhich related significantly by performance is education of staff nurse (OR= 7.567) and age (OR= 25.948). There are dominantsub variable connected with staff nurse performance is supervision (OR= 72.952), after it was controlled by variables of age,incomes or salary and education level. AbstrakTindakan pemasangan infus dapat menimbulkan nyeri pada anak usia prasekolah. Salah satu cara untuk meminimalkannya adalah dengan terapi musik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap tingkat nyeri anak usia prasekolah yang menjalani penusukan intravena untuk pemasangan infus/ pemasangan infuse. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Nonequivalent control group, after only design ini dilakukan terhadap 64 anak prasekolah . Hasil penelitian, menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat: pooled test, menunjukkan bahwa terapi musik bisa menurunkan tingkat nyeri anak usia prasekolah. Terapi musik diberikan lima menit sebelum pemasangan infus sampai lima menit sesudah pemasangan infus. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat nyeri yang signifikan antara anak usia prasekolah yang diberikan terapi musik dengan anak usia prasekolah yang tidak diberikan terapi musik saat dilakukan pemasangan infus (p= 0,00, α= 0,05). AbstractMusic is an effective distraction technique. It has the best influence in a short time. Music reduces the physiological pain, stress and anxiety by distracting someone’s attention from the pain. The objective of this research is to understand recognize the influence of music therapy concerning the level of pain to of pre-school children experiencing venipuncture for the application of infusion therapy, this quasi experiment with Nonequivalent control group, after only design was conducted toward 62 pre-school children that having infusion attachment procedure. The result, using univariate and, bivariate data analysis with pooled test, discovered that there was a significant effect of music therapy in decreasing the level of pain of of pre-school children experiencing venipuncture. Research was using quasi experiment with Nonequivalent control group, after only design. Music therapy was given at 5 minutes before the infusion attachment process was started until 5 minutes after the process was done. There was a significant difference of pain level between pre-school children that was having music therapy than they who was not having music therapy during the infusion attachment process (p= 0,00, α= 0,05).
Keperawatan adalah ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit yang menjadi salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan berperan dalam menentukan kepuasan klien. Bentuk pelayanan keperawatan yang penting adalah terlihatnya perilaku caring perawat yang merupakan inti atau fokus dari praktek keperawatan professional. Perilaku ini yang harus dapat diterima dan dirasakan oleh klien. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka evaluasi kepuasan klien khususnya yang berhubungan dengan perilaku caring perawat perlu dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasan klien terhadap perilaku caring perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pencapaian tingkat kepuasan klien terhadap perilaku caring perawat adalah 82,5%, dan dengan menggunakan mean sebagai cut off point diketahui bahwa 53,6% klien kepuasannya di atas rata-rata, dan tingkat kepuasan tersebut berhubungan secara signifikan dengan jumlah dirawat dan tingkat pendidikan klien. Nursing care is a frontline of health care services at the hospital that influence the client’s satisfaction level as an indicator of quality. Attention should be given to nurses caring behavior as a focus of professional nursing practice. This behavior should be accepted and felt by the clients. So it was necessary to evaluate client’s satisfaction related to nurse’s caring behavior. The purpose of the study was to identify the client’s satisfaction level toward nurse’s behavior in the general hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar in Malang. The result of the study showed that the mean of client’s satisfaction level to nurse’s caring behavior was 82.5 percent. If we used mean as cut off point, there were 53.6 percent clients have the satisfaction above mean. The level of this satisfaction has significant correlation with the number of admission to the hospital and client’s education.
Komunikasi organisasi merupakan proses yang memberikan manfaat untuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasi deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional terhadap 156 perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap. Instrumen penelitian memiliki reliabilitas 0,8716 – 0,8776. Hasil uji chi square membuktikan adanya hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana (p= 0,046; α= 0,05). Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana adalah supervisi dan pengarahan. Upaya meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi dengan cara melakukan supervisi dan pengarahan sesuai pedoman perlu dilakukan sehingga dihasilkan kinerja yang semakin baik.
This study aims to determine discharge planning on patient satisfaction when the patient is treated at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital. This research method is using quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The results of the study obtained an overview of the influence of the implementation of discharge planning on the most dominant satisfaction in nursing care at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital, which had the most effect on reliability satisfaction (reliability) p-value = 0.002 (α <0.05). In conclusion, discharge planning affects satisfaction during treatment; the dominant indicator of reliability is discharge planning. Keywords: Discharge Planning, Satisfaction
