A análise de congressos, periódicos e da produção científica é realizada em diferentes áreas da ciência, com fins de entender o perfil dos autores, das produções ou avaliar sua qualidade. Apesar de utilizarem métodos e ferramentas de análise distintas, o objetivo normalmente se propõe ao desenvolvimento da ciência e caracterização das produções nas diferentes áreas do conhecimento. Este estudo possui objetivos que concernem a dois ramos da bibliometria, avaliativa e descritiva, caracterizando seu diferencial. O objetivo geral consiste na análise e entendimento das características das produções científicas publicadas no Congresso ANPCONT, e os objetivos específicos são o delineamento do perfil dos autores, de sua produtividade e dos fundamentadores para a produção. Os métodos utilizados são bibliométricos e, para a análise descritiva foi aplicada a Lei de Lotka, que determina o nível de produtividade dos autores. Para a análise avaliativa foi aplicado o estudo da tipologia das referências utilizadas. Como resultados observa-se que, quanto ao perfil dos autores, estes são, em sua maioria, ligados ao meio acadêmico, professores e doutores, com predominância de estudos advindos da Universidade de São Paulo, Fucape Business School e Universidade Regional de Blumenau. Quanto a análise descritiva, identifica-se que a produção não se ajusta a Lei de Lotka, e na análise avaliativa, nota-se a predominância de artigos de periódicos internacionais como fundamentadores. Conclui-se que a produção demonstrou ter se desenvolvido ao longo do tempo, sendo que alguns autores, universidades e estados se destacam na produção do congresso sendo responsáveis pela maior parte dos estudos lá publicados.
Na Europa a Declaração de Bolonha possibilitou a integração entre os 30 Estados-Membros, facilitando o ingresso no ensino superior e também ampliando as oportunidades de intercâmbio entre as universidades. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar a percepção dos alunos portugueses quanto à competência necessária ao julgamento de um bom professor. Justifica-se o estudo face à necessidade constante de formar melhores Contadores e logo, também, melhores professores da área Contábil. Para a concretização deste trabalho, foi aplicado um questionário a 127 alunos de uma instituição de ensino localizada na Cidade de Barcelos, no distrito de Braga. O questionário buscou mensurar a importância de cinco competências, atribuídas pelos alunos aos docentes, combinados de maneira a formar doze perfis distintos. Foi concluído que a competência docente e experiência de mercado são os atributos de melhor e pior avaliação. Já, quanto ao perfil, um "bom professor", no julgamento dos respondentes, é aquele docente que possui uma boa didática, um próximo relacionamento com os alunos, muita experiência de mercado, pouca exigência e amplo conhecimento teórico.
<p class="Default">O objetivo com este trabalho foi verificar se os gerentes de bancos estatais, autorizados a recomendar investimentos, sofrem influência de opiniões externas em decisões de aquisição de ativos financeiros. A pesquisa se justifica em razão da necessidade de se saber se mesmo agentes com elevado conhecimento em finanças e acesso à informação poderiam sofrer influência da opinião emitida por analistas de mercado no momento da decisão de compra desses ativos. Para tal, foram aplicados 80 questionários a gerentes autorizados a recomendar investimentos, em três bancos públicos localizados no Distrito Federal. Para a operacionalização estatística, foram utilizados testes de hipóteses para se verificar se existiam diferenças significativas entre a escolha de gerentes sob influência externa e de outros sem essa interferência. Concluiu-se que a opinião do analista não influencia a forma de qualificar as ações da empresa, porém foram achadas fortes relações entre a opção de compra e a opinião do analista. <strong></strong></p><p>Palavras-chave: Finanças comportamentais.
