El presente estudio se planteó como objetivo determinar la relación entre la identidad organizacional y la gestión de la calidad en socios de COOPALGSA Ltda., Saposoa, 2018. La investigación se tipificó como básica, se situó en un nivel correlacional y operó en función a un diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 90 productores socios de dicha cooperativa; a quienes se aplicó, como instrumentos, dos cuestionarios. Los hallazgos expusieron que la identidad organizacional y la gestión de calidad en la COOPALGSA Ltda., se ubicaron en un nivel medio, según el 61% y el 38% de los socios encuestados, respectivamente. Finalmente, se estableció que ambas variables estuvieron asociadas de una forma significativa (X2 calculado=11.53 > X2 tabulado=9.49; p<.05). En conclusión, se rechazó la hipótesis nula puesto que la identidad organizacional se relacionó significativamente con la gestión de la calidad.
El presente estudio expuso como objetivo determinar la relación entre la eficacia de la asistencia técnica y cultura de la calidad en socios de la COOPBAM Ltda., Aguas Verdes, 2018. Se trató de una investigación básica, circunscrita a un enfoque cuantitativo, localizada en un nivel correlacional y que tuvo un diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 99 socios pertenecientes a la nombrada cooperativa; siendo seleccionados mediante un muestreo probabilístico. En cuanto a los instrumentos, se aplicaron cuestionarios de propia elaboración, uno para cada variable. En torno a los hallazgos alcanzados, en un plano descriptivo, se hallaron niveles medios tanto para la eficacia de la asistencia técnica como la cultura de la calidad con un 62.96% y 68.52%, respectivamente. En el caso de los resultados inferenciales, se encontró que la eficacia de la asistencia técnica se relacionó significativamente con la cultura de la calidad en la COOPBAM Ltda. (X2 calculado=15.93 > X2 tabulado=9.49; p<.05). Por consiguiente, se precedió a rechazar la hipótesis nula enunciada en el estudio.
