Introdução: O Acidente Vascular Encefálico caracteriza-se como um déficit temporário ou definitivo que é provocado por alteração sanguínea no cérebro, causando danos focais ou globais. Objetivo: relatar a atuação fisioterapêutica no Acidente Vascular Encefálico em um adulto com sequelas sensoriais, proprioceptivas e psicossociais. Metodologia: relato de experiência, do tipo descritivo, de caráter qualitativo, desenvolvido a partir da vivência prática do estágio supervisionado obrigatório em Fisioterapia Neurofuncional, do quinto ano do curso de Fisioterapia da Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA) realizado na Unidade de Ensino e Assistência de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional (UEAFTO) no Ambulatório de Neurofuncional da mesma Instituição, localizado no campus II em Belém-PA. Resultados: Adulto, 52 anos, sexo masculino. Os atendimentos ocorreram no turno matutino, de 8 a 12 horas, de segunda a sexta-feira, sendo os serviços ofertados por uma equipe composta de três discentes do 50 ano do curso de fisioterapia da UEPA, além de dois docentes/fisioterapeutas e pela fisioterapeuta responsável técnica do setor. A avaliação ocorreu em 05/11/2020, sendo relatado como queixa principal a perda de sensibilidade e de força em hemicorpo direito, além de edema em membro superior e membro inferior direito. Conclusão: O atendimento fisioterapêutico mostra-se eficaz para a reabilitação de disfunções provocadas pelo AVE. Entretanto, a evolução do paciente também é afetada por outros fatores, como o estresse, podendo interferir negativamente no tratamento, fato que ficou evidenciado a partir do relato exposto neste estudo.

Metodologia: relato de experiência, prospectivo, longitudinal de caráter qualitativo, desenvolvido a partir da vivência prática do estágio supervisionado obrigatório em Fisioterapia Neurofuncional, do quinto ano do curso de Fisioterapia da Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA) realizado na Unidade de Ensino e Assistência de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional (UEAFTO) no Ambulatório de Neurofuncional da mesma Instituição, localizado no campus II em Belém-PA. Resultados: Criança, 4 anos, sexo masculino. Os atendimentos ocorreram no turno matutino, de 8 a 12 horas, de segunda a sexta-feira, sendo os serviços ofertados por uma equipe composta de três discentes do 50 ano do curso de fisioterapia da UEPA, além de dois docentes/fisioterapeutas e pela fisioterapeuta responsável técnica do setor. De acordo com o laudo fisioterapêutico, o atendimento iniciou no dia 25/09/2020, sendo na avaliação inicial relatado como queixa principal a marcha em equino, quedas frequentes e dificuldades em realizar atividades de coordenação motora grossa como pular, correr, escalar e escorregar. Conclusão: O atendimento multiprofissional na LCN2 é fundamental para minimizar as possíveis complicações que a doença pode causar. Sendo assim, a atuação fisioterapêutica torna - se imprescindível para a estimulação motora e sensorial.
Objetivo: Orientar mulheres grávidas sobre função sexual por meio de um aplicativo. Método: Estudo qualitativo e experimental surgido de uma observação acadêmica em gestantes. Durante a elaboração do aplicativo, o projeto foi submetido ao Comitê de Ética, pois não teve o envolvimento com seres humanos. Todos os sujeitos da pesquisa foram estudados segundo as Normas de Pesquisa Envolvendo Seres Humanos do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Ademais, um Grupo Piloto de mulheres grávidas foi recrutado com o intuito de testar a aceitação do aplicativo móvel pelo público alvo. Resultados: O recurso esteve disponível em plataforma online. Por meio de um link, a grávida tem acesso direto ao aplicativo. Ao abrir, aparece o símbolo do aplicativo e, em seguida, a tela de boas vindas com a opção de escolha entre as seções. Na seção “dúvidas frequentes” constam dez dúvidas sobre função sexual. A seção “mitos e verdades” possui dez frases. Por fim, na seção “posições sexuais” tem disponível imagens das melhores posições que ela pode usar para a prática da relação sexual. Conclusão: O aplicativo GravSex surge como uma ferramenta completa em relação aos atuais aplicativos, o qual reúne informação, orientações, dinamicidade e tecnologia para mulheres no período gravídico.
Objetivo: consistiu em compreender a visão do profissional fisioterapeuta no diagnóstico da Hanseníase por meio da avaliação dermatoneurológica. Método: o estudo é descritivo, observacional, de caráter qualitativo desenvolvido em uma Unidade de Saúde de Belém/PA. A vivência foi efetivada pelos acadêmicos do curso de Fisioterapia de uma Universidade Estadual do Pará, durante os meses de setembro e outubro de 2017. Foi realizada uma visita técnica a fim de conhecer a Unidade Básica de Saúde, bem como a atuação multidisciplinar prestada ao paciente hanseniano, enfatizando o papel do profissional fisioterapeuta no diagnóstico da Hanseníase. Resultados e impactos: os principais aspectos destacados na entrevista foram: quantidade de positivos ao basilo de Hansen, perspectiva de cura, assiduidade no tratamento, impactos a nível de vivência como profissional fisioterapeuta dentre outros. O bairro da Marambaira teve uma notificação mais expressiva comparado aos demais bairros, no ano de 2016, de 27 casos positivos, de acorod com o Instituto Brasileiro de Pesquisa e Mapeamento e Tecnologia da Informação a Serviço do SUS. Conclusão: a vivência do profissional fisioterapeuta no diagnóstico da hanseníase, ampliou o conhecimento dos acadêmicos por meio de informações acerca de orientações e prevenções da Hanseníase. Sendo assim, fundamental mais estudos sobre a interação dos profissionais de saúde, suas vivências, com os alunos de graduação.
