Resumen: El presente artículo describe tipologías de usuarios tecnológicos (nativo, inmigrante, reflexivo y escéptico), resultantes de la aplicación de la técnica de análisis sociológico del sistema de discursos desde el enfoque cualitativo, sobre un corpus documental compuesto por grupos de discusión. Se elige una muestra de estudiantes universitarios de dos programas académicos de la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia Sede Popayán, con los cuales se realizan cuatro grupos de discusión hasta lograr la saturación discursiva; la inclusión de los sujetos al interior de la tipología se logra tras la definición de cuatro categorías de análisis (percepción, tipo de uso, frecuencia de uso y nivel de construcción o redefinición de la identidad), que permiten situar discursivamente al sujeto, frente a las formas de comunicación e interacción mediadas por dispositivos tecnológicos (computadoras, celulares, tabletas electrónicas) y redes sociales virtuales (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube y WhatsApp), considerando el impacto generado en su vida académica y personal. The qualitative research proposes a protocol methodology, which aims to strengthen the agency’s capacity for the effective management of projects in ex-combatants returned to the Department of Cauca, Colombia, settled in their new areas of group reincorporation, after the signing of the peace agreements between the Colombian State and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) in 2016. The exercise is proposed from tools that enable the participation of factors involved, to provide alternatives that strengthen the development of the community of ex-combatants avoiding consequences such as incorporation into other groups outside the law, desertion from the process and its loss of legitimacy. In the exercise of diagnosis and realization of this route are exposed the difficulties and opportunities faced by management are presented as elements of agency capacity in the process of economic and social reintegration. The research, framed in the approach of capacities and the concept of agency of Amarthya Sen and Martha Nussbaum, the theory of constructivism according to the near development zone of Vigotsky and was transversal from the human rights education of the reincorporated in their exercise as new citizens. As a result, the methodological exercise that supports an information technology system that allows community actors, civil society and institutions to strengthen the agency’s capacity to manage projects in ex-combatants is proposed, in three phases: Contextualization, co-learning, Resignification and Feedback.
ResumenLa comunicación digital hace que el póster, elemento comunicativo clásico, vuelva a ser masivo. A partir de esto, diferentes organizaciones culturales quieren cautivar y educar públicos en escenarios no escolarizados. Este trabajo tiene en cuenta una técnica de análisis visual, que contempla el acto de interpretación, el bagaje para la interpretación y el principio correlativo de la interpretación. El corpus documental está compuesto por pósteres de organizaciones culturales de la ciudad de Popayán, Colombia. Se concluye que través de los pósteres se puede evidenciar la existencia de una agenda cultural diversificada en la ciudad. Esta agenda manifiesta posiciones discursivas e imaginarios culturales múltiples. In this way, different cultural organizations want to captivate and educate the public in non-school settings. This work takes into account a technique of visual analysis, which contemplates the act of interpretation, the baggage of interpretation and the correlative principle of interpretation. The documentary corpus is composed of posters of cultural organizations of the city of Popayán, Colombia. It can be concluded that through the posters the existence of a diversified cultural agenda in the city can be evidenced. This article describes the research that is part of deepening exercises in the context of Human Rights Education, focused on public management focused on groups of ex-combatants of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia FARC after the signing of the peace agreements. , with the aim of facilitating the application of methodological tools that allow strengthening agency capacities in project management, developing methodological instruments such as intervention protocols. The qualitative research answered the question: How is the agency capacity for project management strengthened in reincorporated from the Territorial Space for Training and Reincorporation ETCR "Dagoberto Ortiz" in Monterredondo - Miranda - Cauca and its new areas of group reincorporation?, a question that problematized the difficulties and opportunities facing management, as elements of agency capacity in the process of economic and social reincorporation. The research was framed within the capabilities approach and the Amarthya concept of agency Sen and Martha Nussbaum, the theory of constructivism according to Vygotsky's zone of proximal development and was mainstreamed from the human rights education of the reincorporated in their exercise as new citizens. The results were: prioritization of economic rights and freedoms with productive and organizational projects, from the particularities of the context, the realities of the transition and the needs of the population in reintegration; rights that for reincorporation meant and dignified their condition as new citizens and were the starting point to generate progressivity and continuity from the perspective of education in and for human rights, additionally, the need for the generation and use of applications was specified. as information systems that lead to the use of ICTs for agency by the reincorporated.
