The verification and follow-up of the indicators of terminal efficiency and degree in Higher Education Institutions, on certain occasions is usually a complex task; however, these indicators turn out to be relevant factors to meet the quality standards of educational programs and improve the school efficiency of an educational institution. Due to the above, and in order to meet these objectives, a multi-agent system has been modeled to facilitate the planning, monitoring and follow-up of these indicators, contributing to the strategic decision-making process. The agents turn out to be software that fulfills a specific function, so that other agents can achieve their goals; By virtue of this, agents have proven to be an efficient solution by interacting as a set of autonomous entities that collaborate and benefit from each other, to solve problems by performing tasks collaboratively. According to the above, this article presents a proposal based on multi-agents to model a system that allows permanent monitoring of the efficiency indicators indicated to support managers, based on the principles of the INGENIAS methodology.
