Gangguan muskuloskeletal (musculoskeletal disorders) merupakan keluhan yang menimbulkan rasa nyeri berkepanjangan. Salah satu pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan postur kerja yang sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui penerapan edukasi ergonomi dalam menurunkan keluhan muskuloskeletal dan memperbaiki konsistensi postur tubuh pada mahasiswa PSPDG Universitas Udayana. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan quasi pre and post test control group design. Sampel sebanyak 20 orang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok masing-masing 10 orang. Kelompok 1 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan kondisi konvensional, sedangkan kelompok 2 sebagai kelompok perlakuan dengan intervensi edukasi ergonomi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengukur keluhan muskuloskeletal menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map sebelum dan setelah kegiatan praktikum pada kedua kelompok dan konsistensi postur tubuh menggunakan Test Of Visual Perception (TVP). Hasil: dari hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p=0,005 (p<0,05) pada kelompok kontrol dan nilai p=0,064 (p>0,05) pada kelompok perlakuan. Uji beda selisih menggunakan Mann-Whitney Test diperoleh nilai p=0,002 (p<0,05) dan untuk membandingkan skor TVP antara kedua kelompok menggunakan uji Chi-square diperoleh p=0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: edukasi ergonomi dapat menurunkan keluhan muskuloskeletal dan memperbaiki konsistensi postur tubuh pada mahasiswa PSPDG Universitas Udayana.
