Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang tepat sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran daring. Salah satu medai yang dapat digunakan yakni aplikasi Quizizz yang bisa dipakai secara langsung dan bersamaan dengan Learning Management System. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana implementasi Quizizz dalam evaluasi pembelajaran online pada English For Food And Beverage Service. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai keadaan saat ini. Subjek yang terlibat pada penelitian ini yakni sebanyak 60 mahasiswa dari program studi Manajemen Perhotelan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi dengan metode analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan Quizizz sangat membantu mahasiswa dalam mengingat kembali semua materi yang disampaikan secara online dan meningkatkan minat belajar Bahasa Inggris mahasiswa. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil analisis kuisioner yang menunjukkan bahwa 78,4% mahasiswa menyatakan setuju untuk penggunaan Quizizz menarik minat mereka untuk belajar bahasa Inggris. Hanya 21,65% mahasiswa yang merass cukup setuju. Dan tidak ada mahasiswa yang menyatakan bahwa Quizizz ini tidak meningkatkan minat mereka untuk mengikuti perkuliahan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Quizizz sangat efektif digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran daring serta dapat mempermudah proses evaluasi pembelajaran oleh dosen.
Desa Batuan merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata Bali yang memiliki Kawasan wisata budaya yang menawarkan permukiman tradisional. Desa Batuan merupakan jalur pariwisata menuju ke daerah wisata Ubud. Sejalan dengan perkembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Gianyar yang mengembangkan pariwisata khususnya di bidang kuliner sebagai daya tarik wisata. Hal ini jelas dapat memberikan peluang dan ancaman bagi masyarakat Desa Batuan. Peluangnya adalah kesempatan masyarakat mendapatkan pekerjaan menjadi besar, karena adanya penyediaan pelayanan kepada wisatawan. Ancamannya, masih rendahnya pendidikan serta pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat lokal. Pada kesempatan ini, IPB Internasional melakukan kerjasama dengan Desa Adat Batuan Gianyar untuk memberikan pelatihan dasar perhotelan khususnya pelatihan cake decoration. Adapun pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemerdayaan kelompok wanita di Desa Batuan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga diharapkan akan menjadi Langkah awal kegiatan pengembangan dan pendampingan desa wisata ataupun kegiatan lain selanjutnya antara IPB Internasional dan Desa Adat Batuan Gianyar. Berdasarkan permintaan dari Desa Adat Batuan Gianyar dibutuhkan beberapa kegiatan sebagai berikut: Pelatihan cake decoration. Sasaran pokok kegiatan ini adalah Ibu-Ibu PKK Desa Batuan sebanyak 25 orang. Dipilihnya Ibu-Ibu PKK ini didasari atas asumsi keinginan yang sangat tinggi dan adanya dorongan positif dari Bendesa Adat Desa Batuan. Memperhatikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat maka metode yang akan digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dilakukan dengan metode partisipatory rural appraisal (PRA) dan metode knowledge transfer.
In today's technologically advanced classrooms, interaction between students and teachers can be facilitated with the help of QuizWhizzer. In the context of a game-based learning approach, a descriptive study methodology was utilized to investigate students' responses to educational games like QuizWhizzer. Beginning with the preparation of learning tools to direct classroom activities is the first step in the processes for this study. QuizWhizzer preparation, integration, and evaluation. As the teacher's understanding grows, they may realize the shortcomings of the previous gathering and decide to improve it by incorporating the model learning game-based learning they developed with QuizWhizzer. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the learning implementation shows that the teacher is always trying to maximize productivity to improve students' math skills; 2) students' activities during the learning process improved significantly; and 3) the teacher's understanding grows, the students' activities during the learning process improved the students in their education assist others who are further behind them in developing the game and the dialogue.
Millennial tourists regards traveling not just about enjoying nature and culture, or strolling around, instead millennials assume that traveling is when immersed in an interesting experience. The purpose of this study is to find out how the preferences of domestik millennial tourists visiting Selfie Tourist Attraction (STA) in Bali are, as well as what tourist activities needed to be developed. The approach in this research is qualitative, referring to McIntosh's Motivation theory and Leiper's Tourist Attraction Theory. The locus of research is in five STAs including: Twin Hill in Gianyar Regency, Big Garden Corner in Denpasar City, Tukad Badung in Denpasar City, Merta Sari Sanur Beach and Selfie Wanagiri Tourism in Buleleng Regency . Data will be collected through interview and the distribution of 50 questionnaires with accidental sampling. The results revealed that the majority of tourists' motivation to visit is driven by the desire to escape or so-called Fantasy Motivation by 50%, while physical motivation is by 26%, social by is 20%, and culture is merely by 4%. Furthermore, regarding its preference analysis, domestic millenial tourists are very supportive for the government's performance and enthusiastic for the success of the stakeholders in developing and advancing STA, as seen from the percentage of 94% of tourists choosing to visit by considering the success of the stakeholders in managing STA. In addition, there are a number of tourism activities that need to be developed to optimize the potential of STA, such as: holding cultural events on a regular basis, adding playgrounds for children, adding spots for selfies, and renovating selfie photo spots that are already inadequate. Tourists also argued the need to maintain cleanliness and the addition of public facilities.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Bali Tropic Resort & SPA pada era new normal secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan di hotel Bali Tropic Resort & SPA. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 57 responden dari 160 karyawan di hotel Bali Tropic Resort & SPA. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan motivasi dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana hasil nilai uji F didapatkan dengan Fhitung = 34,457 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (0,003 < 0,05) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung = 3.091, pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung = 4.445. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job training on employee performance at the Bali Tropic Resort & SPA hotel in the new normal era simultaneously and partially. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data processing through questionnaires given to employees at the Bali Tropic Resort & SPA hotel. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample used was 57 respondents from 160 employees at the Bali Tropic Resort & SPA hotel. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously motivation and job training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the results of the F test value were obtained with Fcount = 34,457 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect (0.003 < 0.05) on employee performance with t count = 3.091, job training has a positive and significant effect (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance with t count = 4.445.
This study was aimed to identify the effectiveness of the Wordless Curriculum Vitae and the perceptions of users in a number of hotels located in Badung, Bali upon the Wordless Curriculum Vitae. The method used was qualitative approach and data were obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that 90% of Modern Curriculum Vitae’s Human Resource users were able to attract their interest in processing to the next level (interview session) and conveying the meaning of language through icons (symbols) substitution. The CV could convey meaning effectively without changing the meaning. In conclusion, this Wordless CV by the substitution of the icons (symbols) has successfully delivered same meaning compared to the conventional CV. Current economic condition is not an ideal phase due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. The impact is felt by all aspects of society, including the society of Tonja village who mostly work in the hospitality and tourism business. The International Tourism and Business Institute seeks to contribute to family economic defense. The purpose of the community service is providing knowledge and training to the community about making traditional beverage that are beneficial for body health and creating innovative products that have the opportunity to be produced commercially by the community in the healthy living community movement. The method of implementation is by conducting workshops and demonstrations. The results obtained have a positive effect for the PKK in Tonja Village to continue to innovate during the pandemic by creating innovative products.
Bisnis dapat terus berjalan dan bertahan ditengah persaingan ketat pada era new normal, apabila pelaku bisnis tersebut mengutamakan kepuasan konsumen yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor dari kualitas produk, fasilitas, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Stuja Coffe Bali baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk google form kepada 60 responden menggunakan puporsive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas; uji reliabilitas; uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heterokedastisitas; analisis regresi linier berganda; analisis koefisien determinasi; serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji f dan uji t. Data-data memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua variabel kualitas produk, fasilitas, dan harga yang diuji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui uji f dan uji t. If the businessman prioritizes customer satisfaction which is influenced by several factors, business could continue to run and survive in the midst of intense competition in the new normal era. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, facility, and price factors on customer satisfaction at Stuja Coffee Bali, either simultaneously or partially. The data collection technique in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires in the google form to 60 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is validity test; reliability test; classical assumption test which is normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity; multiple linear regression analysis; coefficient determination; and hypothesis test through F test and T test. The data has approved the validity and reliability test. The results showed that all the variables of product quality, facility, and price tested had a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction through the F test and T test.
