Wanita menopause sering mengalami keluhan pada fungsi seksualnya, untuk mengatasi itu dapat dilakukan senam orhiba kombinasi dengan kegel. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui fungsi seksual wanita menopause yang melakukan orhiba kombinasi kegel exercise. Metode penelitian menggunakan post test kontrol only group design dengan total 54 responden. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan independent- t test, taraf kemaknaan α = 0.05, didapatkan hasil P=0.000, menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan fungsi seksual antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok intervensi (orhiba maupun kombinasi dengan kegel).Wanita menopause wajib melakukan kombinasi senam orhiba dan kegel secara rutin dan teratur, untuk mendapatkan fungsi seksual yang lebih baik saat masa menopause.
Agar dapat melakukan olahraga yang ditekuni dengan baik dan tanpa gangguan, seorang atlet harus dapat memperhatikan komposisi lemak dalam tubuh yang sesuai. Komposisi lemak dalam tubuh menunjukan derajat kesehatan seorang atlet, yang dapat dilihat melalui antropometri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui korelasional antara Body mass index/BMI dengan Blood pressure/BP berdasarkan ukuran antropometri atlet di Kabupaten Buleleng Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu semua atlet Kabupaten Buleleng yang terpilih dan dipersiapkan komite olahraga nasional Indonesia/KONI mengikuti kejuaraan Nasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling, didapatkan atlet yang mengikuti tes sebanyak 121 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan pengukuran antropometri dan tekanan darah atlet. Analisis data menggunakan uji pearson corellation test pada taraf signifikansi (α<0,05) dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai p = 0,466 (α= 0,000),menunjukan adanya korelasi antara body mass index dengan blood pressure pada atlet. Sebagian besar atlet diketahui memiliki katagori BMI ideal dan BP yang normal. Setiap atlet harus tetap mengontrol massa tubuh dan tekanan darah, dengan selalu memperhatikan pola dan jadwal makan yang tepat, asupan nutrisi seimbang, latihan fisik yang teratur. Selain kesehatan fisik atlet juga harus menjaga kesehatan psikis, terutama menghindari rasa cemas yang berlebihan agar BMI dan BP tetap dalam kisaran katagori yang ideal, sehingga berdampak baik juga pada tekanan darah dan kesehatan tubuh.
Menopause is a period where the reproductive cycle has stopped in women and is characterized by a permanent menstrual cessation, due to a decrease in the function of reproductive organs such as the ovaries as a sex steroid hormone (estrogen and progesterone) which plays an important role in the reproductive cycle. The decrease in hormones during menopause causes problems in sexual function such as decreased interest in sexual relations due to vaginal lubrication problems, this can be overcome by doing light physical exercise. Light exercise or physical activity when entering menopause is known to have a positive effect on the quality of life of menopause, including on sexual function. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in sexual function between menopausal women who exercise or do physical activity and who do not exercise. This research method is a conceptual study or literature study from previous research relating to exercise and sexual function at menopause. The results of the study showed that menopausal women who routinely exercise or physical activity, their sexual function is better than those that are not, it is known that menopausal women feel very satisfied with their sexual lives and have no problems during intercourse with their partners. Menopausal women have to exercise regularly, besides consuming healthy foods with balanced nutrition, because the more frequent and regular exercise, the sexual life of menoapause women will be much better.
Reproductive organ cell damage due to oxidants can cause problems in female fertility, this situation can be prevented and overcome by consuming antioxidants such as algae. Green algae Chlorophyta also contains a steroid that is thought to be useful for normal reproductive health in women. The purpose of this study was to determine the compounds of sex steroid hormones in green algae which are important for female fertility. The systematic review method was used in this study. Based on the results of studies, it shows that green algae contain sterols which through biochemical mechanisms will form sex steroid hormones in the target organ. These hormones play an important role in the regulation of the female reproductive system and the balance of these hormones is crucial for normal fertility in women. Based on this, women should be able to maintain their reproductive health well by consuming foods that contain lots of vitamins and natural fibers that are good for the body such as green algae. Women must also be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle, change bad lifestyles, and avoid environmental risk factors that can cause infertility.
