Este artigo objetiva externar como a concepção dos espaços arquitetônicos do complexo educacional, esportivo, social e cultural, CEU Butantã, da cidade de São Paulo, impulsiona processos de apropriação e práticas de inclusão social. Discorre sobre as matrizes do campo da educação que inspiraram o projeto e emprega a metodologia de entrevistas semiestruturadas com mães de crianças que estudam na unidade educacional EMEI (Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil), para a verificação proposta. Faz parte da pesquisa, iniciada em 2018 e em andamento, intitulada “Lidando com Novos Espaços: Crianças e Adolescentes na Apropriação do Complexo Arquitetônico do CEU Butantã (São Paulo, Brasil)”, em parceria entre o Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, Arte e História da Cultura da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Brasil), Alanus University Of Arts And Social Sciences e Siegen (Alemanha).
Desde 17 de maio de 1990, com a retirada da Classificação Internacional de Doenças (CID) da homossexualidade pela Organização Mundial da Saúde, esta data passa a ter um significado para milhões de pessoas no mundo, pois é uma primeira movimentação para se afastar as práticas homofóbicas, tão constantes e banalizadas. A intolerância, a discriminação, a violência e a opressão fazem parte de um agir nos últimos anos em vários locais, sendo que, em alguns Estados, tais práticas são legalizadas e até consentidas por muitos, o que não pode prevalecer. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo estuda e aborda os direitos humanos e o tratamento conferido pela Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos a todas as pessoas, ou seja, reconhece-se a dignidade inerente a todos os membros da família humana, sendo todos dotados de liberdade e igualdade, nos moldes do preâmbulo e artigo 1º da Declaração. O que se almeja é a expansão da proteção a todos, a universalidade, independente de suas escolhas pessoais e afetivas. Essa questão da vida social tem sido pauta constante de matérias jornalísticas e recorrentes pedidos judiciais, especialmente pela ADo 26/DF.

O presente artigo apresenta a importância das Conferências da Organização das Nações Unidas – ONU na construção da justiça, liberdade e igualdade de gênero, abordando a intensa relação do direito, jornalismo e educação na implementação das normas programáticas por meio das políticas públicas. A vida em sociedade é a base, o fundamento dos atores sociais e essa territorialidade ganha contornos constitucionais não só pelo destaque no tratamento constitucional que recebem materialmente como na implementação das políticas públicas que efetivam dos direitos fundamentais sociais.
