AbstractCorporate reputation is affected by the growing impact of online reputation, because of the weight of peer recommendations in social media. Digital prosumers ' (McLuhan;Nevitt, 1972; Toffler, 1981; Tapscott, 1997) autonomy and ability on the internet have led them to integrate with stakeholders. Their role in relation to corporate reputation has barely been recognized. In the context of the definition of these concepts, this article proposes analysis models and tools for online reputation study, based on the communicative actions of prosumers. We take a qualitative methodology as the basic strategy to approach the knowledge of the public and the stakeholders. We carry out a critical theoretical review based on secondary sources.

Prosumidor; stakeholder; reputación online; comunicación organizacional.[en] 'Peer recommendation': the role of prosumers in the online corporate reputation Abstract. The concept of prosumer and the relational perspective of the public relations allow to reconceptualize the traditional corporate reputation concept across the peer recommendation phenomenon. Across a theoretical review based on the use of secondary sources, the main objective of this work is to define the online reputation depending on the actions of communication of the prosumers as part of the corporate communication and public relations management. The results demonstrate that the independence of the prosumers participation and expression becomes as the most effective model of confidence production and, therefore, of major weight for the construction of the online reputation, being established, as final conclusion, an evaluative model for the multidirectional dialog organizationprosumers-environment.
The analysis of processing the audiovisual information related to prostitution allows to get close to the stereotypes and prejudices affecting and stigmatizing especially the women who exercise it. Structural violence influences the symbolic violence with which is reflected the prostitution as a news, a phenomenon that has been given little attention in the style manuals and codes of ethics of journalism. This study deals with the issue from the image conveyed by the media, particularly in the newscasts of TVE1, Cuatro Televisión, Telecinco and La Sexta TV along October and November 2014. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of both textual and visual messages, comparatively, demonstrates that they project an image of the prostitution as a crime-related activity, although its exercise is not defined as such in Spanish legislation. TV news generally do not meet the recommendations for the treatment of this subject. This research is part of the project "Prostitution and media: construction of reality and receiving media content", carried out by the Santiago de Compostela University for the Institute for Women.
