Dada a crescente inclusão de alunos com necessidades especiais em turmas regulares, se torna cada vez maior o desafio de elaborarestratégias didáticas que possibilitem alcançar o aprendizado de forma satisfatória para esses alunos, sem comprometer o aprendizado dos outros alunos sem necessidades especiais. Este artigo descreve uma proposta de experimento de queda livre de baixo custo, utilizando Arduino, com uma discussão sobre suas possibilidades em uma turma com alunos com e sem Deficiência Intelectual (DI). A proposta foi desenvolvida a partir da necessidade real em sala de aula.Foi construído um protótipo, cujo tempo de queda do projétil é determinado de forma autônoma pelo Arduino, realizamos testes e estes demonstram que a margem de erro estimada para o valor de é de . Esse protótipo apresenta aspectos que permitem sua aplicação para o ensino de Física tanto do ponto de vista fenomenológico quanto matemático.
