A proposta deste artigo é a alocação de banco de capacitores e filtros passivos em rede de distribuição de energia elétrica de 34 barras para compensar a potência reativa da rede elétrica e filtrar as componentes harmônicas. Para a simulação foi utilizado o software OpenDSS integrado ao Matlab. O objetivo é minimizar a soma dos custos das perdas elétricas, dos capacitores e dos indutores, atendendo as restrições operacionais da rede de energia elétrica. São alocados três geradores fotovoltaicos na rede elétrica. Os geradores possuem inversores de frequência que injetam harmônicas na rede elétrica. Os filtros passivos são alocados na rede para filtrar as harmônicas nocivas, garantir uma operação segura da rede elétrica e reduzir as perdas elétricas. Outra restrição que as harmônicas podem infringir na rede é o limite de distorção harmônica total recomendada na IEEE STD 519-2014. A meta-heurística utilizada para buscar a melhor solução para o problema é o algoritmo genético Chu-Beasley. Os estudos desta pesquisa ajudarão as concessionárias de energia elétrica na redução das perdas elétricas, elevação da tensão nas barras e evitar ressonância harmônica na rede.
Introdução: A pandemia do COVID-19 é considerada um problema de saúde pública, uma vez que é um vírus respiratório com alta velocidade de disseminação, sem intervenção medicamentosa eficaz comprovada. No contexto mundial, essa característica propiciou um colapso financeiro e assistencial da capacidade dos sistemas de saúde, devido ao aumento de internações hospitalares prolongadas. A fim de proteger os profissionais em contato com o Coronavírus, a Sociedade Brasileira de Infectologia recomenda a utilização de EPIs. Objetivo: Diante desse cenário, o presente relato objetiva demonstrar a viabilidade da confecção de EPIs artesanais de baixo custo, como tentativa de minimizar os impactos no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Métodos: Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa aberta online das diversas experiências de produções artesanais de EPIs com posterior seleção e adaptação do modelo. Resultados: Os protótipos tiveram custo significativamente menor que os preços atuais do mercado, além apresentarem eficiência comprovada em testes. Conclusão: A produção não deve substituir a N95, mas poupar máscaras e protetores faciais para os profissionais atuantes na linha de frente contra o COVID-19.
Empresa júnior (EJ) é uma associação civil, sem fins lucrativos, inserida no ambiente universitário, constituída e gerida por estudantes da graduação; atuam em atividades de consultoria, que se caracterizam como uma oportunidade de desenvolver uma visão global do funcionamento empresarial, fomentando o empreendedorismo, permitindo o aprendizado dentro de cenários práticos. É fundamental que esse desenvolvimento ocorra no cerne das universidades, conferindo um teor científico e culminando na criação de parques tecnológicos e incubadoras de empresas. A temática do empreendedorismo torna relevante a implantação de EJ em cursos da saúde, destacando o Curso de Farmácia, uma vez que o profissional farmacêutico atua na gestão em seu campo profissional, traçando planos estratégicos, frente às infinitas necessidades e aos recursos limitados. O Curso de Farmácia da UFC dispõe de uma EJ, a IPHARMA JR – Consultoria Farmacêutica, a qual tem como missão ser o impacto no mercado farmacêutico e na vida das pessoas, formando profissionais diferenciados por meio da vivência empresarial. No funcionamento da EJ, prioriza-se a estruturação de processos em detrimento do qualitativo de contratos ou faturamento, o que permite um amadurecimento pessoal e coletivo, deixando claro que o planejamento estratégico faz parte do processo de crescimento. Tudo isso propicia um posicionamento privilegiado no mercado, conferindo uma melhor condição de empregabilidade. Na IPHARMA, o planejamento estratégico como ferramenta de educação para o empreendedorismo tem posicionado muito bem os egressos do projeto, visto que os profissionais egressos da EJ se colocaram rapidamente no mercado de trabalho e muitos abriram suas próprias empresas.
