AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini bahwa untuk mengetahui program keluarga berencana dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dampak dari program kampung keluarga brencana. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah Wawancara, dimana digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan cara bertanya langsung kepada informan dengan mengunakan pedoman wawancara sesuai dengan masalah yang diteliti. Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui sesuatu pengamatan, dengan disertai pencatatan-pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau perilaku objek sasaran. Dokumentasi peneliti memperoleh data dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang bersumber pada data-data tertulis arsip maupun gambar yang berkaitan dengan program kampung KB. Salah satu desa yang menjadi kampung keluarga berencana ialah Desa Wasia yang dinobatkan tanggal 20 April 2017. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di Desa Wasia memuat beberapa program yang terlaksana yaitu bina keluarga remaja, bina keluarga lansia, bina untuk balita, dan juga PIKR (Pusat infomasi dan konseling remaja) dan program KB gratis. Dengan adanya program-program tersebut dapat membawa dampak yang nyata pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat Desa Wasia baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial maupun pendidikan. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the family planning program in improving community welfare and to determine the impact of the family planning village program. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study is interview, which is used to obtain information by asking directly to the informant using interview guidelines according to the problem being studied. Observation is a data collection technique that is carried out through an observation, accompanied by notes on the state or behavior of the target object. Documentation researchers obtained data by collecting data sourced from archive written data and images related to the village family planning program. One of the villages that became a family planning village is Wasia Village which was crowned on April 20 2017 From the results of the study, it shows that in Wasia Village contains several programs, namely youth family development, elderly family development, development for toddlers, and also PIKR (Information Center). and youth counseling) and free family planning programs. With these programs, they can have a real impact on the social life of the Wasia Village community both, in terms of economy, social and education.Keywords: Role, Program, Family Planning Village
This research seeks to reveal and clarify the role of the regional revenue agency in the application of a self-assessment system in shopping centers in Baguala district, Ambon City. Using a qualitative approach. The subjects of his research in this study were 3 employees of the Regional Revenue Service, 2 Business Actors (Indomaret, Ambon City Center) and the Head of the Regional Revenue Service as informants. The technique used is Purposive Sampling, where data sampling with certain considerations. The results showed that the role of the regional revenue service is very important because they can directly supervise what has been assigned directly by the State to them. Indirectly, they can also get a modern system that can bring stability to all the people in Ambon Maluku
This study aims to find out and obtain results related to the review of young marriages according to Islamic law in the liang country of salahutu district, Central Maluku regency. This research covers how Islamic law views young marriage and the impact of young marriage in a family. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The information of this study was determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions so that a systematic series is arranged. The results of this study show that in the implementation of marriage at a young age according to the view of Islamic Law and The Number Act. 1 The year 1974 is justified and has the element of allowing for the good of those who marry at a young age, thus if strong and accountable reasons are found by both parties. The impact of marriage at a young age is an influence that affects the course of marital relations in the household ark, many of the impacts that affect marriage can be seen from the elements of economy, readiness, and knowledge. So before marriage, it is necessary to have readiness and maturity of each of them both mentally and materially. So that the marriage can go well.
Organizing learning for teachers who have the role of designing or designing learning, carrying out learning, and assessing learning in carrying out assignments is required not only to seek intellectual abilities/intelligence, skills, but also to have good character behavior attitudes. Likewise in learning Citizenship Education (Civics) from these needs this research was conducted to describe building integrated knowledge to develop the character of students in learning Citizenship Education. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 27, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. Sampling technique using snowball sampling Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research revealed that the process of building integrated knowledge developing character is applied in teacher activities using trigger questions asking moral experiences to connect students with learning material, conducting studies of subject matter by presenting problems in society, events that occur in society, local community culture, customary values -moral values in society. Obstacles faced by the ability of teachers who only focus on understanding the management of learning on knowledge of the material being studied and have not been solidly integrated for developing student character, the use of learning resources still depends on the teacher has not varied for students to find and practice character, and the hours of Civics lessons are limited. Learning efforts are carried out using problems that occur in society, local wisdom culture, moral values that have become customary in the community in facilitating studies to serve learning in finding material information and making students discover the characters that must be possessed from their environment.
