Cooperation is one of the characteristics that must be possessed by every individual because humans are social creatures who need other people. However, what happened to the students of SMA Negeri 3 Buru, the collaborative personality seemed to fade in students, especially thanks to technological advances that gave students the feeling that they could solve problems, solve problems on their own in addition to developing children's character through extracurricular activities that students can participate in at school. outside of teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine the benefits of scouting activities to train student collaboration at SMA Negeri 3 Buru. This research was conducted at the gudep Sawaka Bakti, the base of SMA Negeri 3 Buru, the Waeapo branch of the Buru branch. Retrieval of research information through observation expositions, interviews and also documentation. This study involved several selected sources related to the research title. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that uses observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation guidelines. The results of this study indicate that cooperation is an important thing that must be developed in students, and scouting activities can be a solution to train students' cooperation, can develop delicate abilities in students and develop the character of the nation's children through activities in scout extracurricular activities.
On the other hand, the diversity of the multicultural society as the wealth of the Indonesian nation is very prone to triggering conflict and division. The diversity of Indonesian society can at least be seen from its two unique characteristics. First, horizontally, marked by the fact that there are social units based on differences in ethnicity, religion, customs and regional differences. Second, vertically, marked by a sharp vertical difference between the upper and lower layers. Humans as social beings and as individuals always need interaction with others. In social interaction itself there is always conflict or cooperation between them. Thus, conflict can be said to be a natural part of human life. The purpose of this research is to find out. 1. To find out the solutions of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. 2. To find out the inhibiting factors of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely a systematic factual and accurate description of the factors in the field that are related to matters in the field. The data in this study were collected using observation and documentation methods. Data Analysis Techniques. The data obtained from the results of this study were compiled and analyzed qualitatively, then the data was described descriptively in order to obtain a clear and directed picture of how to answer the problem. The results of the research on the Role of Community Leaders in Resolving Social Conflict in Negeri Ureng and Negeri Lima are very important as, the conflict between these two countries has been going on for so long, so the role of these community leaders is very important because they become pawns to prevent conflict between the two countries, by him it is necessary to further increase the capacity and strengthen the position holders as people who are influential in occupying existing positions in this country so that when there is an issue from these two countries the role of community leaders is very helpful in resolving the conflict.
This research is a qualitative descriptive qualitative research that aims to find outvhow to handle cases of minors in driving a motorized vehicle. This research was carried out at the Ambon Island police station and the Lease Islands in Maluku Provinsi.data were collected by interviewing the traffic Police and minors. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause the use of motorized vehicles by children in the Polresta area.and Lease Islands are factors of ignorance, personal urges, family urges, social urges, not deterrence and opinions are not obliged too order traffic.
Organizing learning for teachers who have the role of designing or designing learning, carrying out learning, and assessing learning in carrying out assignments is required not only to seek intellectual abilities/intelligence, skills, but also to have good character behavior attitudes. Likewise in learning Citizenship Education (Civics) from these needs this research was conducted to describe building integrated knowledge to develop the character of students in learning Citizenship Education. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 27, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. Sampling technique using snowball sampling Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research revealed that the process of building integrated knowledge developing character is applied in teacher activities using trigger questions asking moral experiences to connect students with learning material, conducting studies of subject matter by presenting problems in society, events that occur in society, local community culture, customary values -moral values in society. Obstacles faced by the ability of teachers who only focus on understanding the management of learning on knowledge of the material being studied and have not been solidly integrated for developing student character, the use of learning resources still depends on the teacher has not varied for students to find and practice character, and the hours of Civics lessons are limited. Learning efforts are carried out using problems that occur in society, local wisdom culture, moral values that have become customary in the community in facilitating studies to serve learning in finding material information and making students discover the characters that must be possessed from their environment.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksitensi hukum cambuk (mihita la ua uatto) dalam masyarakat adat Iha-Ulupia dikaji dalam prespektif Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan hukum cambuk dan pandangan Hak Asasi Manusia terhadap pelaksanaan hukum cambuk. Teknik pengambilan data primer dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap sejumlah informan yang dianggap terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pelaksanaan hukum cambuk (mihitta la ua uatto). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa eksitensi hukum cambuk (mihita la ua uatto) dalam masyarakat adat Iha-Ulupia di kaji dalam prespektif Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di negeri Iha-Ulupia Kecamatan Huamual, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat terlaksana dengan baik. Hukum cabuk yang diterapkan di negeri Iha-Ulupia masih bersumber pada salah satu sumber hukum yang masih berlaku di Indonesia yaitu hukum adat, hukum cambuk yang diterapkan di negeri iha-ulupia secara substansi tidak melanggar hukum positif dalam hal ini UU HAM karena memiliki landasan pada pasal 18 b ayat (2) UUD 1945. This study aims to describe the existence of the Caning Law (Mihia La Ua Uatto) in the Iha-Ulupia Indigenous Peoples Study in the Perspective of Human Rights (HAM). Asai Man against the implementation of the caning law. The primary data collection technique was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved in the process of implementing the caning law (mihitta la ua uatto). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the law of whips (Mihita La Ua Uatto) in the Tha Ulupia Indigenous Peoples is studied in the perspective of human rights (HAM) in Iha-Ulupia Country, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. Iha-ulupia country is still based on one of the legal sources that are still valid in Indonesia, namely customary law, the caning law applied in Iha-ulupia country substantially does not violate positive law in this case the Human Rights Law because it has a basis in article 18 b paragraph (2) 1945 Constitution.
