The results of the empirical research of the influence of nepotism on organisational culture are presented in the article. The questionnaire is composed of two parts: the phenomenon of nepotism and the sick culture of the organisation. This article presents the first part of the results of the research evaluating the expression of nepotism in relations with co-workers, the expression of nepotism in respect of managers and the aspects of positivity and negativity of nepotism. The results of this research are useful for both the public and private sector organisations, as they reflect the general approach of people working in Lithuanian organisations towards the phenomenon of nepotism. Tyrimas atliktas naudojant straipsnio autorių suformuotą klausimyną, kuris sudarytas iš dviejų dalių: nepotizmo reiškinys ir serganti organizacijos kultūra. Šiame straipsnyje pristatoma pirmoji tyrimo rezultatų dalis vertinant: nepotizmo raišką per santykius su bendradarbiais, nepotizmo raišką vadovų atžvilgiu, nepotizmo pozityvumo ir negatyvumo aspektus. Nepotizmo prevencija Lietuvos privataus sektoriaus organizacijose: teorinės gairėsStraipsnyje siekiama suformuluoti teorines nepotizmo gaires Lietuvos privataus sektoriaus organizacijose, pabrėžiant aktualią problemą, kad nepotizmas privačiame sektoriuje nereglamentuojamas teisiniais aktais. Nepotizmas aptariamas kaip daugiaaspektis socialinių tinklų, kuriuos sudėtinga identifikuoti remiantis vien tik giminystės ryšiais, formavimasis. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į susijusius mokslinius požiūrius, kurių įvertini-mas gali būti reikšmingas nustatant problemos sprendimo gaires. Nepotism is discussed as a multifaceted formation of social networks, which are difficult to identify on the basis of mere family connections. To achieve the objective, the aspects of preventing nepotism in the public and private sector are discussed, upon the evaluation of which, preventive solutions are offered to managers of organizations in order to reduce the harm caused by the phenomenon.

Nepotizmo raiškos organizacijoje modelisšiame straipsnyje analizuojama nepotizmo raiška organizacijoje ir neigiamas reiškinio poveikis. Pristatomi straipsnio autorių atliktų empirinių tyrimų rezultatai. Remiantis straipsnio autorių atliktų tyrimų rezultatais ,suformuotas nepotizmo poveikio organizacijoje modelis. Suformuotą nepotizmo poveikio organizacijoje modelį sudaro keturi kertiniai akcentai, apimantys giminystės ryšiais susijusio asmens įdarbinimo procesus; teigiamą / neigiamą nepotizmo reiškinio vertinimą organizacijos atžvilgiu, nepotizmo poveikio zonas ir nepotizmo padarinius. The results of empirical research conducted by the authors of the article are presented. On the basis of the results of the researches carried out by the authors of the article, the model of the occurrence of nepotism in the organization is formed. The formed model of the occurrence of nepotism in the organization consists of four cornerstones, including the processes of employment of a person related by family connections, positive / negative evaluation of the phenomenon of nepotism in respect of the organization, the impact areas of nepotism and the effects of nepotism.
