En este documento se analizóel avance en las buenas prácticas de responsabilidad social universitaria (RSU)en la educación superior, para lo cual se considera el caso de la Universidad Autónoma del Carmen(UNACAR). Se realizó un inventario de las buenas prácticasa nivel institucional y de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas Administrativas de esa institución, y se clasificaronde acuerdo a una matrizcon base en los impactos generados en su entorno. El análisis de los documentos institucionales mostró que la RSUen la UNACARestá ligada a los conceptos como el desarrollo sustentable y desarrollo regional, como resultado de su ubicacióndentro del Área Nacional Protegida de Flora y Fauna de la Laguna de Términos.
Las instituciones deben responder a las exigencias del entorno en que se desenvuelven, desarrollando funciones sustantivas s in quedar al margen de las prácticas de responsabilidad soci al que se han convertido en una vía para permanecer y contribuir al desarrollo de la comunidad en que se insertan las instituciones de educación superior (IES). El objetivo planteado es analizar la percepción de los estudiantes de la Universidad Autónoma del Carmen (UNACAR) sobre las acciones y prácticas de responsabilidad social. Se hizo uso de la metodología cuantitativa, utilizando una encuesta basada en las propuestas de Vallaeys (2009); como principal hallazgo se puede mencionar un área de oportunidad en docencia, vinculación e investigación así como en vinculación con el entorno; los alumnos perciben como aceptable la posición de la universidad respecto a las prácticas de responsabilidad social.
Este libro es producto del proyecto Estrategias empresariales de resiliencia tecnológica, creatividad remota e innovación como respuesta a la contingencia sanitaria por Covid-19, el cual presenta una serie de estudios coordinados por investigadores de distintas regiones de México, quienes buscaron identificar las estrategias de resiliencia empresarial adecuadas ante tal situación, entre las que destacan el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación como medio para mitigar los efectos del confinamiento mundial por la pandemia.
En este artículo se exponen los resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo era determinar la percepción que tienen los stakeholders internos sobre las acciones y prácticas de la responsabilidad social (RS) en el marco de la gestión de la Universidad Autónoma del Carmen (UNACAR). Para lo cual se llevó a cabo una revisión documental sobre la responsabilidad social universitaria (RSU); también se aplicó una encuesta que recogió las percepciones que tienen los stakeholders internos (estudiantes, docentes y no docentes) acerca del desempeño de esa universidad en cuanto a la gestión de su RS. Los resultados mostraron que un porcentaje alto de los actores encuestados tenían conocimiento sobre el tema de la RS; así mismo, de acuerdo con la prueba ANOVA, se puede concluir que el tipo de stakeholder no influye en la percepción de las acciones de RS en el eje de “gestión en la UNACAR”.
