Banyak masyarakat telah mengenal lembaga perbankan namun belum semua mampu mengakses bank dan memanfaatkan produk dan jasa perbankan serta paham akan risiko yang dihadapi. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur dilakukan edukasi keuangan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat di Kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur terhadap lembaga jasa keuangan bank, produk jasa lembaga jasa keuangan, cara mengakses lembaga keuangan khususnya perbankan, tentang manfaat serta risiko menggunakan produk lembaga jasa keuangan, termasuk memberikan pengetahuan bagaimana mengajukan kredit ke bank, pengetahuan tentang peran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS). Metode yang dilakukan adalah melakukan edukasi keuangan dan untuk melihat dampak atas materi yang disampaikan, dilakukan evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post test pada peserta yang hadir di kelurahan tersebut. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa literasi peserta PkM di Kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur sudah cukup baik, karena telah mengenal OJK. LPS dan bank serta telah bertransaksi di bank. Setelah dilakukan edukasi keuangan 61,30% peserta mengalami peningkatan literasi. Peningkatan literasi juga ditentukan oleh jenjang pendidikan, usia dan gender. Peserta PkM dapat dikatakan telah memiliki pengetahuan dan keyakinan tentang lembaga jasa keuangan serta produk dan jasa keuangan, termasuk fitur, manfaat dan risiko, hak dan kewajiban terkait produk dan jasa keuangan. This study compared trading volume activity before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the first large-scale social restrictions, the New Normal, and the second large-scale social restrictions at LQ Companies. It also examined differences in stock prices, stock returns, the Composite Stock Price Index, market returns, and trading prices. -45. Data analysis compares stock prices, stock returns, the Composite Stock Price Index, market returns, and stock trading volumes before and during the Covid-19 epidemic as part of this research's event study methodology. Despite the variations in test results for each event, it is clear that the pandemic has affected stock portfolio performance on the Indonesian Capital Market. The first appearance of Covid-19 in Indonesia significantly impacted how the capital market there performed. The findings indicated that the pandemic hurt the market. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the average stock return was higher than during the pandemic. A pandemic tends to cause changes in it. The findings suggest that while waiting for the capital market to become favorable during a pandemic, investors should be more discriminating when investing in the capital market, particularly in conservative products like mutual funds.
Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Perkumpulan Persatuan Wanita Methodist Indonesia (PWMI) Gereja Methodist Indonesia Sungai Yordan yang beranggotakan ibu rumah tangga adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada para ibu rumah tangga tersebut tentang mengelola keuangan usaha. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang pengenalan usaha/bisnis sampingan dengan modal kecil, Prilaku Konsumen di Era New Normal, Analisis Break Even Point, dan Cara Mengelola Laba Usaha. Hasil dan implikasi dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam PWMI mengenal berbagai jenis bisnis sampingan yang potensial yang dapat dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga yang mobilitas terbatasnya terbatas dan dengan modal yang kecil. Mengetahui tantangan apa saja yang akan dihadapi oleh pemilik usaha agar bisa bertahan hidup di tengah perubahan perilaku konsumen/masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya pada masa new normal; mendapat bekal pengetahuan dalam menganalisis usaha, break event point dan memperoleh pengetahuan bagaimana mengelola keuntungan/laba usaha agar laba usaha dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan usahanya. Purpose: This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk; the period of 2019, 2020 and 2021 with annual financial reports published in the annual report, OJK, and Bank Indonesia. Design and Methodology: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach that examines variables in measuring the quality of financial statements before COVID 19 and Post COVID 19 such as ROA, ROE, NPL, and LDR variables. Finding: The results of processing research data such as ROA in 2019-2020, decreased by 1.12% from 2.55% to 1.43% and in the 2020-2021 period increased by 0.05%. Meanwhile, ROE decreased by 10.9 (2019-2020) and in 2020-2021 it increased by 5.86% from 3.96% to 9.82%. NPL gross 2019 was 1.87% then increased by 1.37% in 2020 to 3.24%. Meanwhile, in 2021 NPL gross increased by 0.67% from 3.24% in 2020 to 3.91% in 2021. NPL netto in 2019 was 0.84%, decreased by 0.24% in 2020. Meanwhile, in 2021 the NPL netto experienced a significant increase of 0.31% in 2020 worth 0.60% to 0.91% in 2021. The 2019 LDR of 93.61% experienced a decrease of 4.80% in 2020. Meanwhile, in 2021 LDR performance experienced a slight decrease of 0.61% from 2020 to 88.19% in 2021. Research Implication: Financial performance of PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. during the COVID-19 pandemic quite affected the financial performance of PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. where in every financial performance that is examined has decreased. Some of the strategies used by PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. to suppress the decline in financial performance is by temporarily relocating less productive outlets to productive ones, permanently closing unproductive outlets, taking turns open/closed for adjacent outlets, maintenance collection from credit units. Originality: This comparative study compares financial performance before and after COVID 19.
According to BPS - Statistics Indonesia in 2020 that the current population of Indonesia are dominated by Generation Z called i-Generation or the internet generation who had consumerism attitudes, impulse buying, had no understanding of the products, monetary risks and unwilling to invest. The objective of this activity is to aims to provide an understanding Z Generation of financial planning and investment, learn how to manage money in area such as investments, for both personal and business purposes, as well as understanding Legitimate Financial Institutions. This activity targeting Generation Z as a primary audience and 50 young people are selected as audience from Cawang area, East Jakarta and nearest Cawang. We do a pre-test and post-test system, this helped us to compare the condition before and after training, with hope audience can experience improved. As a result, there is a tendency for young people experienced improved about finance and investments. Keywords: education, gen z, investments
