Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai responden dengan jumlah 52 karyawan PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) Divisi EPC. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara langsung, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan maka disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Peningkatan disiplin kerja dalam kepemimpinan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan kinerja yang optimal.
This paper aims to examine the effect of blockholder of political connected firm on the performance of conglomerates. The sample of this paper is all 66 conglomerates listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2006 to 2014. Regression panel data with General Least Square was used for this analysis. It was found that Family and state blockholder have positive and significant effect on firm value at all cut off (10%-50%), political connections in the family, state, and public blockholder have significant positive effect on firm value. The result of this paper indicates that the structure of companies' ownership has contribution to determine the political connections in the conglomerates. The concentration of ownership in the company and family as controlling highest conglomerate in Indonesia as well as their involvement in politics implies that Indonesia has fallen into oligarchy state, in which the rules are held by a group of wealthy political elites.

Sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 pelanggan, teknik pengambilan sample probability sampling, yakni teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). hasil penelitian secara empiris Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan maka pelanggan akan merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan maka pelanggan akan merasa loyal dan akan terus menggunakan jasa PT Indovisual Service Solution Kepuasan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Artinya adalah semakin rendah kepuasan pelanggan maka loyalitas pelanggan juga akan semakin menurun Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan maka pelanggan akan merasa loyal dan akan terus menggunakan jasa PT Indovisual Service Solution. The purpose of the study was to test the influence of Political Connections, Good Corporate Governance, and Financial Performance on Tax Avoidance. The research method used is a quantitative method. The study used data of 45 manufacturing companies listed Index Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014 to 2018. Samples are taken by the purposive sampling method and which meets the criteria for sample selection. Data is processed with Version 9 Eviews software using the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method. Results show that Political Connection and Financial Performance have a positive influence on Tax Avoidance, this suggests that there are still companies that practice tax evasion. Corporate Governance has no effect on Tax Avoidance, meaning the existence of Corporate Governance is effective in attempting to prevent tax avoidance practices.
The research aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style on employee performance and its impact on employee loyalty on PT. Fastrata Buana Branch Pulogadung. Samples obtained by 187 respondents, sample retrieval techniques using purposive sampling, namely sample retrieval techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected to be a sample member. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability.
